Fantastic breakfast, spotless hotel, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Minibar & coffee/tea in room. A lot of thought for all the extras in the room- umbrella, magnifying mirror, plenty of towels etc Location good for public transport into Dusseldorf.

Couldn't have the windows open as facing the street during night due to trams & emergency vehicles using sirens. No air conditioning, though a fan was available.

Everything you read in the reviews is completely accurate- the staff are AMAZING, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location is handy and although I didn’t eat here I am sure the breakfast is as incredible as they say. I stayed during a heatwave and it was impossible to sleep even with the fan but on the mild days it was very comfortable. There are many train stops nearby and it is only 25min (door to door) to the airport so a great location. The gym is small and isn’t a separate room, more like a foyer with equipment, but it is perfectly suffice for a good workout.

I believe it is common in Europe but I prefer to have a top sheet on a bed rather than just a duvet, especially in summer so you can be covered without a heavy and hot blanket.

As the name of the hotel suggests - it's worth coming here just for the breakfast. I had a very big dinner in the city the night before, and was planning on having a light breakfast. But I ended up staying at the breakfast buffet longer and tried a large array of dished there. Most of them were truly stunning. Especially the deserts - they had 6 different cakes!

As everywhere, the prices of hotels during large events in Messe Dusseldorf are insane. 250 eur / night is extremely pricy. But other hotels are the same, so here you at least get a great breakfast :)

The hotel rooms were very clean, well set up, with little details and accessories that made our stay extremely pleasant and satisfying. The breakfast was beyond description. The abundance of choice made the stay even more joyful - a few kinds of freshly squeezed juice, a lot of various (I mean a lot!) of cereal, nuts, dehydrated fruits, freshly cut fruit salad, yogurt, delicatessen, salads, etc. Choice was endless!!! You could tell the food was prepared with a lot of love and delight. Staff was always available, friendly and smiling, accommodating our needs to perfection. Definitely planning to go back whenever staying in Dusseldorf. Thank you for your kind service.

There was nothing I did not like.

Very welcoming hotel with super-friendly and attentive staff! Our room gave out to a beautiful and quiet garden, and inside everything was immaculately clean. To top it off, the breakfast buffet was an absolute dream: there was so much to choose from, and it was all fresh and absolutely delicious! (there's even homemade bread and pastries + some vegan and even some gluten-free options)

We didn't sleep very well, as the double bed was quite small and just too soft/bouncy. My partner and I woke each other often during the night when trying to turn.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful, they had a gym, and the location was really good, only 10 minutes walk from a good U-Bahn station and train station. The room was very cosy and quiet, The bed was comfortable, and there was a bath tub in the bathroom. they even gave bath salt for the bath. I really enjoyed it. The place was also clean. For breakfast they had an impressive spread of food.

The coffee was the worst I have ever tasted. Sorry guys, but you really need to update your coffee skills. Also the gym was kind of basic. I could have used a larger mat and some more weights.

Our whole experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom facilities were the best we have had. The breakfast choice was vast and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is not a complaint, merely an observation. We had a double bed but two separate quilts. This may be normal for Germany but it felt a bit odd.

The room was clean and comfortable. My windows were facing the backyard, so I had a pleasant view away from the street noise. The internet speed was very good - I could stream Netflix and have a skype call without interruptions. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The location is great - with only one S-bahn stop away from the Central Train Station and with tram connection to other parts of the city. At the same time the location was very green and quiet, away from the busy streets. And of course the breakfast was exceptional! So many healthy and delicious options for every taste! And I loved having a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee in my room, so I could enjoy a cup of hot tea every evening after the busy day of sightseeing.

Unfortunately the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that your neighbours do, as if it happens in the same room. If my knowledge of German was better, I would probably even be able to understand the conversation that my neighbours were having in the next room. So if you have neighbours who don't sleep at night and you are sensitive to noises - you will have troubles sleeping.

Only difficulty was parking in the street with random free place, can be a bit far from hotal entrance.

The breakfast was amazing! We stayed 2 days and we had a great time. The best time was Breakfast. There is a lovely garden and in the breakfast there was everything. The staff were really nice, very polite, smiling and willing to offer everything we asked. The rooms were nice and clean.

They were fixing the entrance and we had to walk from the side but it was not really such a big problem
