I’m never one to leave a review, but I was honestly blown away by this place! My wife and I stayed here and we told ourselves that we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we come back to Nashville. Our view from out back door overlooking downtown was unreal, The location was amazing; 5-10 minutes from downtown. Took only $9 to Uber to Broadway from there. The actual room it self was amazing! My wife is 7 months pregnant so we requested additional pillows, not knowing that we were on a HUGE bed with 6 comfortable pillows already lol two more were a cherry on top. It is essentially an apartment, with everything you need (sans pots and pans) to basically live there. Full size fridge, full size coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and even an electric tea kettle. For what you get, the price is a steal.

Literally the ONLY thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a tv in the bedroom. I’m a tv on sleeper and that kinda made me feel a little weird. Just my own personal schtick.

Place was massive and laid out well. Place to cook and clean was fantastic.

Floors need a good clean, feet were black walking around. Air unit in cupboard was like a fighter jet all day and night, ear plugs and ambient noise machines provided but didn’t help. Fan light in one room connected to the room above or there was a ghost turning light on and off all night. Only one window on whole place looked to outside sunlight, balcony went to building wall next door that had been vomited on.

They condo was cute , kitchen had everything, very accommodating. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.

The cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes earlier than my check out so we rushed grabbing our stuff .I left 3 items of clothing. I called they weren't found which I know for sure they were left there. Disappointed about the honesty.

Having the four bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom was wonderful.

The guest(s) staying in the apartment above us were very heavy footed, we could hear footsteps all evening long. And then large objects (suitcases?) being dropped on the floor in the middle of the night (3 am). The bedding was very nice but the mattresses were a little too soft.

No breakfast was offered. We had a 4 bdrm apartment with a full kitchen. Wonderful!

The balcony was nothing like the piictures I viewed when renting the place. Picture was very deceiving. The trash can by the parking garage had an extreme amount of trash surrounding the can and overflowing. Not very welcoming and seemed a little sketchy.

Everything was clean and it looked new. Beds were very comfortable. Location was central to just about everything

Parking very few parking spaces and they were tight. At night people from nearby bars would park in the garage because they knew no one would tow them at night. We heard the people above us walking around but It wasn’t horrible.

The room was nice and comfy. Everything you need from extra dishes, towels and linen available as needed. The area was okay. The plus is food you have very close. Even a publix if you want to cook instead of eating out every day.

The parking and the ice maker didn't work. When we got there, construction was going on and it was a pain to figure out how to get in. We're not from Nashville so it was frustrating.

The apartment was extremely spacious, well equipped and very good value for 4 guests. The check in instructions were clear and straightforward, and the parking space was appreciated. The location was good for exploring East Nashville and was a short drive to downtown.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy and disturbed my fellow traveller's sleep.

the staff was amazing. i had a package that was supposed to be delivered to the apartment when i was there and got delayed. the staff picked it up and shipped it for me. REALLY appreciate the extra mile! apartment was clean, modern and really close to great dining (butcher and bee!) and concerts (basement east!).

The property was very spacious and we enjoyed being able to spread out.

There is constantly loud music being played at either a club or recording studio nearby. All of my kids complained and it did make sleeping more difficult. We had loud neighbors above us that were stomping around into the wee hours of the night (1:30am).
