Such a cute little place, in such a cute little place! Really olde worlde, lively little pub downstairs, really clean room and comfy bed, everything was there that I needed. Kettle, mini fridge, generous continental style breakfast already in the room, excellent selection of teas / coffees / hot chocolate. Smart TV on the wall. Was welcomed by a very friendly staff member from the pub downstairs - the rooms have a separate side entrance if you don’t want to walk through the pub, and a convenient box on the wall to check out when you leave. Very convenient for train station and Penryn Campus, so perfect for my work trip - would definitely return!

The room itself was proper dinky - I was solo, so absolutely no problem for me, but if my partner had been with me, he’s a big lad and we’d defo have struggled for space a bit. I was room 2.

Alex the barman was great, friendly and helpful. Own mini brewery so different ales available too. Perfect location as we were attending a graduation at the Uni. Bus stops just out side, car park not far away. Answered any questions I emailed them with. Would definitely stay here again. Opposite a great chippy too.

We managed to visit during the heatwave so a fan would of been great as the sash windows don't open very wide. They don't do evening meals on a Monday or Tuesday. Not a major problem. Breakfast was ok. But just ok! Continental, would of loved a full English but understand the constraints. This would not put me off of returning.

Good location in Penryn. The room was above the pub, but accessed via an external door. Not too noisy. I ordered the small double, but it was big enough. Breakfast was a combination of juice, sealed pastries and cereal left in a small fridge in the room and a "breakfast bag" in the room. There was plenty of tea/coffee and bottled water. Staff were friendly on arrival, I did not really have much interaction with them after that.

The room was fine. I felt it was a bit expensive, but probably the best value of the accommodation in the area.

The staff at the Seven Stars were really friendly and attentive. The room was in great condition, with a very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. The small double worked really well for one person, but would also have been fine for two. The location is very good, and the pub itself has a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be staying at the Seven Stars again. Thanks to all the team for making it such a gorgeous stay!

The shower was slightly temperamental, but better when you got the right settings.

Lovely converted rooms above a pub. Lovely and clean and the staff were super friendly. Really is a cute little place to stay just outside of Falmouth. Easy to get in and out of the town.

The walls are very thin. And the bus stop is right outside several of the rooms. While the bar wasn’t open late (we knew there would be some noise from the bar until they closed), the noise from people getting on and off the bus was really bad. Woke me up several times. And clearly they know this is an issue as they provided earplugs. So clearly they know it’s an issue. Just would have been nice to know before.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and fabulously clean. We loved the breakfast in the room idea and the check out at 11, so much nicer than having to rush down for a huge breakfast that you really don’t need first thing in the morning. The pub downstairs was lovely too and the staff were very friendly. There was also a separate entrance to the rooms so you didn’t have to go in and out through the pub.

There was a bit of noise at night from people going up and down the stairs. I also understand you have to have fire doors but they slam so loudly!

The room was great, lovely lay out and the features were great. Staff friendly and welcoming and perfect location for getting into Falmouth. The coffee and tea selection in the room was fab and the little breakfast bag for the morning (may be worth making it clearer on booking.com that is a continental b/fast in your room).

This is just a personal thing but the pillows were super firm and this wasn’t great for myself. The room was warm, the heating was on in the bathroom and the window only open slightly to allow some air in. It would appear that the walls may be thin as sound travelled through - we spent all night listening to the extremely loud snoring of another resident that kept us awake a lot.

Clean , super friendly staff and location is prime for coffee shops , shop for general purchases and plenty of walks. Had everything in the property too and a great food selection. Made you feel so welcoming and went above and beyond even the breakfast and additional items in fridge

Only thing and it’s not a complaint just maybe future reference a wee fan for room we were in due to humidity that weekend as no air con. Wasn’t a deal breaker at all and they even catered to open the window which was locked. The room was great tho had everything else

Got a warm welcome from the friendly staff when I arrived after a long journey from London and was shown to my spotlessly clean room. It was quite small (very little space around the bed) but I was staying by myself and didn't have much luggage so that wasn't a problem. There was a mini fridge in the room with my breakfast for the morning. Great selection of teas in the room and very good coffee. Bed was really comfortable so I had a great night's sleep.

Charming pub with lovely rooms. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff.

Our room was small and noisy as it looked onto main road. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was a bag with some condiments. When I was booking the place it said breakfast included. It should probably say “ complimentary continental breakfast bag left in your room” then we would know what to expect.
