Great location. Food in walking distance. Room was clean.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk did not treat me the same as she did the person ahead of me. She seems to have been very attentive to him. She wasn’t friendly to me. Very robotic. Did not tell me about breakfast the next morning as she told the other person just asked me to swipe my card and handed me the key. The front desk clerk the next morning was very friendly when I checked out. The water in pool was extremely cold. The bed and pillows were hard.

When we first checked in and got our room it smelled like cigarettes, my son has asthma so we brought it up to the front desk and they were very accommodating and moved us fast even though it was no fault of theirs just people suck and don't follow the rules! However they handled it so well and breakfast was great. Very clean.

The pool was cold but very nice area.

The staff was very friendly and considerate. The hotel was clean, provided nice features, and was overall very accomodating.

I was charged an additional $15.00 and not aware why, the breakfast had a nice setup but I personally feel the hot options could've been better. My second morning the sausage in the hash dish was still raw in the center and the sausage links appeared to be cooked in water, the appearance was displeasing. Other than that no complaints.

Staff was very friendly, and helped with local suggestions for dinner.

The bed was extremely hard, and breakfast is only served until 9am (so plan on getting up early) Most hotels serve breakfast until 10-11, our crew are night owls so although we all paid for breakfast none of us were able to get it because we weren't told the time until check in. Had we known during booking we wouldn't have opted to get the rooms that included the breakfast for the extra fee.

The room was very spacious and clean. The two television sets were a hit with my husband! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The beds were not as comfortable as we've experienced with other stays at a Fairfield. Also, the bathrooms were very dark and dimly lit, making it quite difficult to get make up on for the wedding I was attending.

Whole property was immaculant. Very comfortable and quiet. Nice view. Did lots of laundry and was easy with facilities and front desk provided detergent. 24 desk and easy access to every amenity. Effortless stay.

Guy at front desk could smile. Seemed unhappy. Was helpful though. 😶

It was clean and the breakfast was good.

That they were doing construction right above my room and woke me up in the morning.

"Do Not Disturb" sign was posted but not respected/acknowledged by housekeeping who knocked on the door.

Good breakfast. We had a problem with a drain plug in our room. Manager tried to correct. When she couldn't she made arrangements for a different room without question.

Accommodations were super clean and comfortable. The area felt safe, out of the way yet close to things. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
