Great location, room was big and cozy, clean facilities and super friendly and helpful staff. I can't comment on the breakfast as we chose not to eat there.

I arrived by car and needed parking. The parking was so tight the staff had to help me get into the space and the morning of checkout I had to wait for the staff to get someone to move vehicles so I could get out of my spot. It wasn't that much of a problem as I was only there for one night and didn't need the car but if I had been staying more than one night and wanted to take the car out to explore other areas it would be a big inconvenience. I will say that this was the only small issue we ran into. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

The location was convenient and 2 minute walk to Old town square. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly. The hotel felt welcoming and cozy with European charm.

The beds were comfortable, however there was only 1 pillow per person and it was small and too soft/flimsy. There was also 2 twin size covers on the double bed and they were also thin. Larger and heavier weight comforters along with additional pillows would make me rate 10/10 but would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, walking distance to main city center attractions and restaurants/bars. Hotel is located on very cute square with outside bars. Beds were comfy, just pillows not so much. We had all we needed. Clean room which was cleaned every day with fresh towels and Nespresso coffee machine was much appreciated.

Our 2 room apartment had high ceiling rooms for which the radiator was not sufficient so we were little bit cold - thicker bedsheet would help. And also the 1 room with windows located to the square was a bit louder - you can hear people, bin men, etc. We would also appreciate better pillows.

Very clean and spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect too. Our room was in a different part to the hotel but actually it worked out as a quieter room.

I think for the price of the room, perhaps the coffee capsules could be complimentary.

Great location, lots of restaurants around. Walking distance to the attractions. We booked the 2 bedroom family suite. One bathroom. Big rooms with air conditioning and free- standing fan. Walking shower. Good water pressure and clean facility. I will recommend this hotel. Barbora was the English speaking staff at reception and she was really nice and helpful at all times.

Washing clothes in the hotel was expensive and the laundromat for same day delivery was 10 mins drive from the hotel which we chose. The coin self service laundry was 15 minutes walk from the hotel, which we did not go as we did not want to walk with 2 loads of washing through the busy road.

Overall, the hotel was a great place to vacation in Prague. The location is great, and very close to the old square. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The lock on the door to the room did not function well, and as such we had to struggle with it constantly. That should be an easy fix and should be addressed. Nobody wants inconvenience when trying to relax on vacation. The wifi was also not very strong. But otherwise, the room was terrific, and extremely comfortable.

Loved this hotel ! The location perfect. Our room was lovely and so spacious with a huge bed . All the staff were very exceptional , welcoming and extremely helpful, giving us fantastic honest advice about everything in Prague. Thank you all so much

loved having coffee maker but disappointed that there was a charge for pods of 1e each . We stay in lots of hotels always have a few free pods . Granulated coffee and tea was free but in our view charging for pods is false economy .

Large room, huge bed, huge bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Very clean. Very quiet. Excellent friendly staff. Excellent location. In the room there is a mini-fridge, safe, ironing board and iron, coffee machine. Very warm (you can regulate the heat of the radiators).

Poor dim lighting in the room in the evening. No elevator (for whom it is important). Coffee capsules in the room for 1 Euro (first time we see this - usually free).

Huge room, fantastic location, not fancy but comfortable. Everything worked well (except the tv, but that didn't bother us) and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's no F&B outlet (or at least the one downstairs wasn't operating when we were there), but that was fine as there are great options nearby. The partner hotel Golden Deer is fine, but Bond Cafe round the corner is excellent.

If you arrive after 11pm reception is closed and you need access to a lockbox for the key. That's fine, but the hotel is very hidden away and would be tricky to find for first-timers. Even our taxi driver from the airport had to call them twice to locate it! There's a coffee maker in the room but they charge 25czk for the capsules, which seems a bit petty as they are giving free instant coffee and tea bags for free. It makes the coffee maker seem like a grudging offer.

The location is fantastic! Right in the heart of Old Town. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms facing the Steel Museum (we were in 115) may require ear plugs and an eye mask. The noise from the partiers goes on until the wee hours and the garbage trucks come around midnight to empty garbage cans. The lights from the Steel Museum stay on all night, at times in the middle of the night flashing.
