Our stay was perfect, the place was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Good interactions with the staff, even though we really didn't need to go to reception with many inquiries since there was a booklet with clear instructions for pretty much everything in the apartment (how to set the coffee maker, Wi-Fi password and so on). Close to the main landmarks, subway and tram station next door, a lot of shops and places to eat nearby. I don't think we could have made a better choice, the place really checked every box on our list!

My room was spacious and well equipped. I loved the washing machine in the bathroom; and the drying rack. The bathroom amenities were high quality.

Reception hours are VERY limited - and even when they are meant to be there...often aren;t. you can call them however but you have to build time to see them.

My wife and I spent four days in Prague. We stayed at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is located near the National Museum. We really liked the room. Large and cozy. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. The best recommendations!

Great location close to metro and a busy tram station. Walking distance to numerous bakeries and coffee shops. Clean and surprisingly spacious. Well equipped for even an extended stay.

This was our fourth time staying here, and was as pleasant as ever. Though it was our first time staying in one of the studio attic rooms. It was everything we expected from previous stays, and as always was comfortable and clean. Props to them for having a safe in all the rooms large enough for a laptop.

The studio attic room we were in could be a little bit noisy at night with emergency vehicles and such, not Vinohradsky's fault obviously, just happened to be facing the street and the location (which is perfect for getting around mind you) means it's a very busy street.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a fridge, hob, and cupboards. We didn't use the hob or the utensils. There was a coffee maker, with one or two pods, you have to purchase more from the reception, which was a little bit disappointing. Cleaning only once a week, which I feel like is a bit of a stretch, we only stayed 3 nights but I think the towels should be changed more than once a week. A washing machine is available but there is only a small airer to hang clothes in the bathroom. We didn't wash because I felt like they wouldn't dry in time. The bed was big and comfortable. There were slippers available, we appreciate this. Location is good, a bit of a walk to old town, but doable, there's also a tram and metro at the corner that takes you straight to town. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

Not enough coffee pods for 2 people, but that's just my opinion. Cleaning only once a week. I think the towels should be changed more often than that.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures, it was quite spacious, well equipped, we had some ammenities that we appreciated (toothbrush, toothpaste, a hairdryer, kitchen utensils, coffee pots). The location is great, it's within walking distance from the old town and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby (+ Narodni Museum at a <5 min walk), but also close to the metro station if you want to opt for that. Communication with the host was easy, and so was the self check-in (we arrived outside the working hours of the reception desk). It was very good value for the price and if we're ever back in Prague, we'd look into booking this location again. The place was clean, everything was new and well maintained. We fully recommend this place

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Vinohradsky Dum in Prague. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Wenceslas Square, Old Town, and Charles Bridge. It's also incredibly convenient for getting around the city, with both a metro and tram station just a minute away. The service was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk after check-out and even stored our medicine in their refrigerator. We were especially grateful when we forgot the medicine—they kept it safe for us until we were able to return and pick it up. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Vinohradsky Dum. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Prague.

A very pleasant, modern, clean, well-equipped apartment! I was in a room on the 5th floor which is the top of the building, so there was only the 2 small windows on the roof (no view) however it was still a very nice, spacious room with plenty of lights, and all the amenities you require such as fridge, oven, kettle, coffee machine and washing machine. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the heating and air conditioning both worked well and were easy to operate. While it is more of a self-service apartment, rather than a hotel, I was worried about check in however the instructions given on how to enter and get the room key were very clear and easy to understand, so it's manageable even if no staff are present. Staff were available at reception daily (if needed) from 9am-9pm and the few I did speak with in person were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage for the day after check out. The pillows on the bed were extremely uncomfortable and flat, but honestly that is the only negative point I have, and it wouldn't put me of recommending Vinohradsky Dum residence, I would definitely stay here again!

It was nice and cosy. In the middle of the city centre and just 10-15 min away from the main attractions. Restaurants, groceries, supermarket etc just 1-5 min away from the building. The kitchen equipments and the design of the room and facilities are the main things that not other hotels think wisely. you can even find a clothes airer just above the washing machine including pods. It was perfect.

Eveytime when trams or trains pass by the building, the bed shakes. You get used to it after a night.
