Stayed 3 times already. Love it. Breakfast buffet is excellent! Super clean, fun games and nice gym. Easy parking. The chef was more than willing to meet with allergy issues and create something for my sister who could not have milk or nuts or anything cooked in dairy/butter and was very kind about it.

Dinner buffet was lacking for the price we thought, but what was there was delicious. Drink prices were quite elevated but had decent strength to them. Would only suggest a mirror outside the bathroom for when 2 guests are getting ready, maybe a full length could be nice. Find a better place to store roll away beds instead of outside gym entrance? The pillows, both I and my friends agree are not to our liking. Not firm, took 3 to be comfy, my friend opted to use a 3rd duvet as a pillow. They flatten out and all filling goes to the sides so it's like not having a pillow at all. Over all highly reccomend staying here!

I would like to highlight how amazing the staff were. In particular Omer and Ungva who made our stay extremely pleasant, but also went out of their way to help us with a view things. Look out for these boys! I loved that this hotel and area was out of the city centre of Oslo, but close enough for just a short bus journey to get there. The hotel is surrounded by forest walks and beaches. It was great! Breakfasts were excellent too!

Very friendly staff, always ready to help out. Amazing breakfast buffet with a lot of choices and equally good dinner selection for a fair price. Comfortable room with extremely good bed. That in itself merits 5 stars (for a person with a bad back). The room is also very quiet. Little to no noise from corridor or outside comes in (with windows closed). It guarantees a good night's rest. Good value for money for a pleasant stay

Breakfasts were wonderful. Large variation of foods. Very well done. Plenty of parking. Room was clean and wifi worked well. Ping pong and shuffleboard were a plus. Lounge area was comfortable.

The music in the main area of the hotel is too loud. Cannot read or do computer work. Difficult to have a private discussion. There was popcorn and soft serve ice cream in a hall behind the lounge that the staff did not tell us about. We stayed there three nights and only noticed on the third nights stay. Might have been nice to know. Breakfast was great, but we ordered the cod on our last night for dinner and it had the smell of ammonia. It had spoiled. We sent back to kitchen and management did not charge us. Luckily we had found the popcorn! Room was small but adequate.

Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Quality and selection could not fault. Two minutes from a bus stop which took you into Oslo centre in 20 mins. Lovely big garden area.

Not a fair criticism, but all I have; our stay was during an exceptionally hot wave, so no fan or ac made it difficult.

The location was nice since it was outside of the busy Oslo area. It was easily accessible. The breakfast bar was truly amazing with a very wide variety of options to choose from.

The room was a little small, but met all the needs we had. When someone uses the shower it gets much of the floor in the bathroom wet and the mirror fogs up. But everything was clean and in good working order

Really nice hotel with lots of facilities and rooms which are very clean with comfy beds. Great location being surrounded by forests and right next to a bus stop and then only 15 minutes into central Oslo. Included breakfast was very varied and tasted amazing

Due to distance from shops, more varied choice of items to buy would be appreciated i.e big bottles of juice, Fanta etc

Enjoyed the "light" dinner in the bistro.

Bookings.com changed the number of adults from two to one. I think you did this to offer me a lower price than the hotel website.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable.

Rooms were very gloomy - not enough overhead light and the lamps were weak. No kettles in rooms.
