The location is excellent - directly across from St. Nikolas Church - with a fabulous view of the church and the castle. The staff were amazing! They held our bags for us since we arrived before check in, and even placed them in our room when our room became available. Their attention to detail and kindness were much appreciated!

Nothing! Everything was great. There is street noise in this busy area. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper, just FYI.

Firstly the staff is superb. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Suite had everything we needed and they even gave us free upgrade which is massively appreciated. Location is fab and accessible to anything you need for a short or long stay. Our room had a view that was mesmerising. 100% recommend this property and would ❤️ to come back again. Already bumped it in my friends’ stay list :)

The views from our penthouse suite were exceptional. The Residence is conveniently very close to the Charles bridge. The tram/bus service is right outside. Although the central square is lively, there are plenty of side streets that are quieter and less crowded with good selections for meals. The penthouse suite is very large, including both bedrooms and the central living space. The kitchen area is also large and is fully stocked with applicances, dishes, pots/pans, etc.

We did find one electric outlet converter, but having one for both floors/bedrooms would have been useful. Wall hooks for clothing in the upstairs bathroom would have been helpful, as well as some type of shelf in the shower for shampoo and conditioner. The Residence did provide shower soap/gel, but not shampoo and conditioner.

Location. Location. Location. Trams right cross the street, Great view overlooking the St Nicholas cathedral, castle hill and the square, Good restaurants alongside the square. Easily walkable to old town, Quiet, Lots of light, Elevator. Friendly, responsive and informative staff. Every one of them was knowledgeable and courteous. Made us feel welcome. Large apartment with refrigerator, stovetop, coffeemaker, etc. Comfortable firm bed. Washing machine. Jacuzzi! (Feels good after a long day of sightseeing)

The only thing we wished for was a couple armchairs. The couch provided was a little challenging for seniors- too low, no arms. That could have been remedied by asking ahead but it wasn't a big deal to us.

The residence was right in the centre of Prague right near the Charles Bridge. We had a lovely view from our apartment into the square and the lovely church. The staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful and often checking if everything was ok with the room. The large apartment was lovely and big with all the amenities needed for self catering if required. There was no noise from the square at night that we could hear. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes in close proximity too. The tram stopped right outside so it was easy to get about too. I would definitely recommend this lovely apartment/ residence.

We liked everything about the Residence, very comfortable with a large double bedroom and a large lounge with bed and sofa bed if needed. Would have liked to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom too not just shower gel. If you like TV then had to have your own account for things like Netflix, no English TV channels (which didn't bother us at all)!

Beautiful apartments - historic building in an amazing location central to transportation and walking everywhere. Reallly was the perfect place. Place was in great shape. Loved having Roku and WIFI. Kitchen was fully stacked and even had a dishwasher. Lovely views and very clean overall. Thank you for making our stay great in Prague! What an amazing city to visit.

Only complaint was the bathroom shower didn’t drain too well. We made due.

The location of Malostranská Residence is simply outstanding — right on a central square in the heart of Prague, just a short walk from all the major landmarks. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of six. Communication before our stay was excellent — both by email and over the phone (including WhatsApp). The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. A truly great experience. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t quite figure out how to operate the audiovisual devices in the apartment — a short printed guide or set of instructions in the room would be really helpful. Unfortunately, I was also unable to switch on the jacuzzi during our stay. Again, having a bit more information or clearer instructions would make a big difference. That said, these were just minor inconveniences and didn’t take away from our overall great experience. 😊

Excellent accomodation at an excellent location. The apartment was absolutely brilliant - it was a fine blend of classical design and modern fittings. The view of the out of the front windows were amazing and this place was exactly like how it was on the photos of the website. The staff at the main reception was simply super helpful and attentive. BIG THANKS to Zuzana, Tereza and Gdenek for their help and advice whenever we needed it. They were just great. The daily housekeeping service is a big plus point. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to any Families travelling with Children.

The only inconvenient element was the toilet. So, the single toilet that was in the the apartment didnt have sufficient lighting and it was a bit on the dark side. Secondly, the light was operated by a sensor (instead of a switch) and most of the times, it would shut off every 30 seconds which was quite inconvenient. So, I hope the Management of the Building would consider improving this.

Stayed at Malostranská Residence for 5 days in the penthouse. All of the receptionists were polite and very helpful. The place is beautiful and clean with cleaning staff attending daily . They helped us with the dishes , took the trash out, and even refilled the laundry detergent . The place resides in the middle of a busy square and the Charles Bridge, but never heard any noise in our penthouse . We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back :) Thanks to all the staff for making such a pleasant stay for us !

The mattresses can be just a bit more comfortable. They sink and my back and neck were hurting in the morning . Otherwise , everything else was outstanding .

Excellent location next to the main attractions such as the castle, the Charles bridge, beautiful gardens, etc. and also 10 minutes walking distance to the old town. The rooms are spacious, adequately equipped and well maintained, and have double windows to shut out the outside noise. Reception staff are exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

The bedroom does not have blackout curtains which means you cannot escape some lights from outside at night and the early morning sun light (around 5:30am). The bed mattress was too bouncy for me.
