Lovely hotel. Can't beat the location - staff is first class all the way! Beds are comfortable, main room is spacious

Parking is really tight (but true of most places in Morro Bay) Bathroom window (small and high) for ventilation opens onto common walkway - so while taking a shower, you can hear people chatting as they pass by. Tiny little bathroom - have to do a little dance to get in and shut the door. No bathtub

I liked the indoor Jacuzzi pool and the breakfast was beyond amazing they even had trays for you to bring foor up to your room in I thought that was very thoughtful, and the bed was super clean and comfortable

The Jacuzzi pool might've needed to be cleaned better especially the water. Also add maybe test the ph balance of the pool as well sense it didn't feel as warm or as detoxifying as it should've felt but it was still nice and definitely has potential.

Staff extraordinary. They looked like they enjoyed there career decisions. They were super helpful with info, ideas and local info. Balcony view of Morro Rock was awesome to wake up to and have a cup of coffee.

A bit of Maintence from what appears to be spring break booking that may have caused some damage but at least they didn’t start til we were checking out. So again very considerate of customers. Didn’t get good rest but I never do on different style beds.

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the main shopping/eating area. Great to take photographs as well! They also had a bucket of water and a squeegee for the car windows...a real surprise and nice addition since I kept getting ALOT of bugs on the windshield!

Mattress was a little uncomfortable...not particularly firm. If I had it at home, I would replace it! Free breakfast was just ok...eggs were in small squares and just "so-so".

Great location. Easy walking to beach and shops/dining. Clean. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom windows were open to the indoor community hallways. That was odd. The bathroom was very small.

It was a great location walking distance to downtown. The staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was good too and it was very quiet area.

There was nothing here to say but I enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was a good size and a great comfy bed. Jacuzzi was a great addition that we didn’t know about!! Breakfast was basic but adequate for our needs, location good too.

The breakfast was fresh with a little variety day to day. The area was nice and quiet at night and just two blocks from the beach. It has a good amount of off-street parking and we could see our car from the room.

I'm an early riser and it would've been nice to have breakfast served earlier but the 7:30-9:30 timeframe seemed to work for the majority of the guests.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, WiFi worked, and good breakfast included. Make your own waffle, scrambled eggs, bacon or ham, toast, muffins, local coffee and more. Nice view through slider. Balcony with 2 chairs.

Decor was fine, but not 4 seasons fancy. It’s not a motel where you park right in front of your room. You go inside and the doors face an atrium. We had to use their slow elevator but was ok as it’s not that busy.
