All the staff were exceptionally nice. We loved having a hot breakfast every morning, and the coffee was delicious. I loved that they offered make-up remover wipes, and the soaps were all clean ingredients. The room had everything we needed.

The bed was firmer than we were used to, so the first night was a little rough. Especially waking up a few times to dogs barking. But they gave us more pillows and the next 2 nights were so much better. The tub also didn't stay plugged up, so that was disappointing. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay.

We have stayed here several times it is close to every thing & safe area, nice breakfast assortment, staff are very professional they ask if you would like water at check in & there is also a coffee & tea & fresh lemon water there in the lobby for guests & fresh fruit. They have other snacks at the front desk but I’m sure you have to pay for these.

I did leave my orthopedic pillow on the bed in room 319, I just had shoulder surgery, if you find it could you please put aside for me I will be staying again July, reservations already made. Thank you

Staff were very friendly, especially, late night staff, because we didn’t arrive until 12:30 am. Breakfast was fantastic too! We had to leave early, but had a great breakfast first, and then were on the road. Thanks for such a great place to stay! Will look for Hampton Inn in the future, after this experience!

Everything was great!

It was right by everything and they did have some construction going on in the building but they did an outstanding job keeping things clean!

It may of had to do with the construction not sure but the only gripe was the parking lot light did not work, none of them but everything else was great!

Have stayed here many times in the past. Clean rooms, great breakfast selection and very caring staff. The staff called to let me know they were doing tile work on main floor in case I wanted to change hotels. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly!! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking, especially helpful when you are pulling a trailer.

It was a little further from the interstate, but I didn’t check the location prior to booking. It was very close to shopping and restaurants.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel was very clean.

I booked off of booking.com they wanted a $50 fee so I paid with my debit card. They said it would go back on my card. I called and called because it never got placed back on my card.

Gym machines didn't work the entire stay which was one reason we come every yr . Told desk several days and said they would have to get someone to come in to fix .Didn't happen our entire stay sadly.

Beds are nice and not hard as a rock. I didn't wake up feeling like I slept on the ground. Breakfast was great and the lady that replenished items was very friendly. Great visit and extremely helpful staff.

The pillows are too soft. It would be nice to have some pillows with a medium amount of firmness.

Staff were quite friendly, answered questions through text which saved me time from going to my room to the front desk. I was given a bigger room for the same price to better accommodate my family's needs.

I'd like it if it were closer to I-44. That is minor compared to my positive experience.
