We had to sign papers so that the hotel was not responsible for the disabled person. The restaurant was very good as well as the service, even if we waited quite a long time for the dishes to be served to us. To summarize, a lot of details are missing which in France make the difference with French five stars hotels. feel like you're in a hotel but have the impression of "being unique". Many of my acquaintances work in hotels, so know if it deserves their reputation. It might be interesting to bring in professionals from the Michelin guide who won't be there to shoot you down. But on the contrary help you.

Easy to park on street outside, had no trouble finding a space during our 4 day stay. Warm welcome from Reception, who led us up to our room, which was clean, spacious, had blackout curtains, and a beautiful balcony with blooming pink bougainvillea overlooking the pool and views. Air con was powerful but quiet. Pools both lovely, and they put out lazyboy chairs and pool rings for lazing on the water. More sun beds than customers, which was refreshing. Bar service overlooks the pool, and they do have a lunch menu and a smaller room service menu but we didn't use them so can't comment on quality of food. Location is spectacular - it's a straight 5 min walk down the road to a stunning cove/beach, with numerous good quality restaurants overlooking, and lifeguards throughout the day. Beds and pillows were comfy, his and hers sink a nice touch, and decent pressure on the shower. We had a walk in wardrobe which was unexpected. Housekeeping staff left us nice notes, and topped us up with complimentary still water each day. Everything had been thought about - there is a library full of books to read to pass the time, and umbrellas in Reception in case of a shower. The overall ambience was quiet - there's no background music or 'vibes', it's just a place to stop, enjoy amazing scenery, soak up some sun and swimming in tranquility, in an unpretentious setting. If you hire a car we can also recommend a visit to Alcudia old walled town, Port de Pollenca for marina views, and Port de Soller for pretty seaside in a protected cove. Go in the morning as traffic is busy in the afternoon. Get the smallest car you can hire, as spaces/car parks throughout Mallorca are tiny. Hire is pricey but fuel costs next to nothing. We had a Diesel golf and it cost us about 2euros an hour.

If food service had been beyond 3pm then we would have definitely eaten at the hotel. We did have some very tiny (barely visible) ants in our room, which likely crawled in off the [very beautiful] bougainvillea bushes, and did us absolutely no harm whatsoever. We didn't even mention it to Reception because it just wasn't an issue. The room was beautifully clean every day after housekeeping had visited.

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean. The garden with the pool area was stunning. It was a real retreat. Quiet place, ideal for a long weekend to escape from work and noise. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were very fresh and tasty, generally the food there was good. There was a nice vibe in the whole hotel complex.

AC in the room was weak. When it was 39C outside, the room wouldn't cool down enough. This might actually be a breaking point for us when deciding whether to come back or not :( Also I could imagine a better welcome, ours wasn't a five star experience. Maybe due to the language barrier..

I loved the fact that it is quiet, as the description says, if you are looking for a place to recharge and disconnect, it is perfect, but still very close to beaches and other cities. The shared areas, both inside and outside are lovely, highly appreciated the art and the design throughout. Bed was comfy, room big and we also tried dinner, which was yummy. You can feel the very good energy of the place, full of family history. I would go back and would recommend.

Client service level of younger staff needs improvement, but Head receptionist excellent. Our issue was solved with a small upgrade too, next day.

Wonderful 3 day get away. Spacious bedroom and en-suite with terrace looking over the most beautiful backdrop. A short walk down the hill and you have the most beautiful bay for swimming. The hotel feels more like a private villa with a smaller amount of guests. No fighting over sun loungers, which were extremely comfortable. Guests respect this is a quiet hotel in the perfect setting to relax. Would recommend hiring a car. You can visit Pollensa old town which is a treat and Puerto Pollenca. The breakfasts which seemed quite pricey are absolutely delicious. Everything you could possibly ask for. Finally all the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Should be called The Quiet & Friendly hotel. We will definitely be visiting again.

This hotel felt like home. It’s a beautiful & charming place in a great location. The list would be too long to enumerate all the reasons why anyone who wants to have some rest in the northern part of the island should choose this property. But this is the best !!! The staff is beyond professional… they are lovely and they all want to make you feel comfortable from day one. The whole team (from the reception, valet, bartenders, waiters, cooks & cleaning ladies and I’m sure I’m forgetting some people - sorry) is exceptional! The two pools with sun-beds are a great place to relax and read (there is a great library where you can choose any books you wish). The restaurant is beautiful and food is excellent. I literally did not have any single meal outside the hotel. My room was extremely large and comfortable. I regret leaving the hotel, I wish I had stayed longer! I will be back for sure as soon as possible! Thank you to the whole team… I’m so appreciative !

An amazing hotel,small, quiet, peaceful ,very clean with exceptional service and gorgeous surroundings. Perfection doesn’t come cheap but it was worth every penny. Fantastic breakfasts and great lunches round the pool. They helped us to organise trips to restaurants we wanted to visit and had their own taxi arrangements.

I am struggling here- maybe the doors in our suite squeaked a bit ?

It was so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. The rooms were large and felt very spacious. The pool area was kept very clean and the quality of the sunbeds was great.

Privacy in the rooms may be overlooked as there’s a big window from the bathroom into the bedroom area and there is no way to cover it up. There wasn’t always staff around and sometimes I’d be waiting at the pool bar for 10 minutes before a member of staff was appeared. The temperature in the shower and taps seemed to fluctuate constantly.

It was so peaceful, the people were so friendly and the decor of the hotel was so beautiful and unique! If you are travelling to Mallorca, we highly recommend you stay here. It has everything you need and more - a perfect location and massive bedrooms!

The breakfast was too expensive, it was nice but shouldn't have been more than £20 from our experience. Also the drinks were double what nearby restaurants were charging so we would recommend saving some money elsewhere.

The staff at La Moreleja were, without exception, incredibly helpful. They couldn't do enough to make our stay one of the most enjoyable holidays ever. Our room/suite was large, airy & very comfortable. The pool areas, gardens, and sunbeds are beautifully kept and lovely places to rest & unwind. Breakfast was a highlight. So much prepared fruit, breads, pastries, cooked items, cheeses, meats...restraint was needed as it was all so delicious! We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening, so I cannot comment. Parking plentiful. Bike storage secure. We would definitely return!

The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower - please fit a door to replace the shower curtain.
