Great place to get to places. Literally tram outside the window, with 2/3 min walk to bus or tram that goes to 2 train stations, Casa Voyageurs and Casa Oasis, so easy access from airport. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. You can always get and friend egg, some bread and butter with something on top. Hotel clean, with regular house keeping if required. Room quite big with small table in corner, Room is quiet, no outside noise coming to room during the night. Day time some honking may be hearable. Grocery store 3min walk from hotel.

Nothing really, was kinda bamboozled at the checkin into paying full booking price, but all was reolved quicky.

Great location, close to many restaurants and the tram. The room has all the practical things you need. The aircon is very good. The bathroom has enough space to put all your amenities. The bed was nice and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast has a decent selection of food and drink with a chef dedicated to cooking omelettes. Housekeeping were very efficient and came mostly every day and did a good job.

The soap and shampoo were the same according to housekeeping. I would expect a brand like Ibis to have separate soap and shampoo. Also the bathroom tiles were a bit grimy and the shower would struggle to drain quickly at times. The toilet seat was loose on one side but still ok to use. Overall, there were some details in the room and bathroom that could do with a touch up.

This hotel met the typical Ibis standards including comfortable beds, a funcational mini bathroom, good breakfast and free parking. They also offer valet parking service for a small tip. I was able to print a document at the reception. I liked the direct access from the rooms to the underground parking lot (height ca. 2m) by lift, which facilitated getting the suitcases to our room.

We were given false information regarding a bus from the hotel to Hassan II Mosque, which delayed our journey, but overall there was nothing to complain about. Underground parking places are very limited, so I wouldn't know where else to park if it was full.

I've stayed in several IBIS hotels around the world and all of them are keeping up to a decent standard. The room is clean and comfy. The room does not have a balcony in case it is important to you. The location is a little bit far from the center and main tourist sites, so expect to take a tram - the stop is just one minute away from the hotel. This is a perfect hotel for a short 1-2 nights stopover or a business trip.

The bar staff Vito was very professional. Bar tables were always clean, and the service was great with a smile. The manager was amazing as she was always checking on the staff, the surroundings, and the guests always smiling. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels but have never seen a manager who was so approachable, friendly, and helpful, like Ms Nada. Definitely, I will book again with them

Not having a cattle, iron in the room it would have been handy.

Centrally located with good restaurants and cafes nearby

I was only there for a night, but sadly, there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Also, the A/C didn't work, so it was warm. Luckily, it was a cool night, so I was able to crack open a window, but because of its central location, there was quite a bit of traffic noise to be expected.

The staff was really friendly and very good to me. I liked all of them from the plumber to Mrs. Ruqaiya to the receptionist. I don't remember their names but they were all very good to me.

The rooms didn't have a small office for work. They were all small - I would've appreciated the accommodation and probably would have extended my stay if there was small chair and table for work. Apart from this, everything else was great.

Mohamed and Dahlia at breakfast were very nice and professional And Nada is an excellent director My colleagues staid at the hotel as well

Very clean .very nice bed.very much next to the tramway.taxis very much available.close to the banks ,the foods stores ( cafes & restaurants).between the modern stores and the old traditionel stores at a walking distance. Location is perfect.

Very small room , no fridge to store my medicine. No work table .bathroom very small .no flyers or guidance print out to advise the tenants supposedly what yo do ,what not to do.where to go to and where not to go .
