I was disappointed with the breakfast service at this hotel. Despite the information stating that breakfast is available from 6:00 AM, it was not ready at that time on Monday, 17th February. As I had to leave by 6:30 AM, I was unable to eat, even though I had paid for the meal. The staff in the morning seemed slow to set up, which only added to the frustration. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel charging for breakfast but failing to provide it at the advertised time. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure better service for future guests.

The staff were so lovely and helpful and the restaurant was amazing.

The smell in the rooms was awful. We asked to be moved from our room to another room because our room smelled like urine. The hotel were understanding and moved us to another room however, the room had the same strong smell like urine. We didn’t complain because we realised that it was just the smell of the rooms in the hotel. It was very strange and seemed to smell worse after the room had been made up and cleaned. Also the towels didn’t have a very fresh smell either although they didn’t smell bad just a bit musty. We were on the 8th floor and could hear the base coming from the music in the bar when we were in bed at 10 in the evening.

The adaptive reuse architecture and design are elegantly done. That gives a superb environment to the hotel. The room is spacious and comes with a large bathroom complete with a bath and shower. It was a bonus to have a walk-in closet. The floor-to-ceiling window draws in the beautiful sky of Phnom Pehn, and our room looks over the pool deck area. The room is quiet as well. We travelled with 2 pre-teens. The hotel receptionist recommended we upgrade our room to a larger room with an extra cost, or, add an extra bed for us at no charge if we wanted to, but that would make the room too crowded. We settled with the same room and no extra bed, the pre-teens occupied the L-shaped sofa, and according to them, the sofa was surprisingly comfortable. The location is superb. Within walking distance, you can get all you need, from pubs, local food, and convenience stores, to the esplanade. Further places can be easily travelled to with Grab. A vibrant area of Phnom Penh.

The pool was under maintenance and we only received notification a day before we checked in. The hotel compensated with pool facilities at another hotel, Fairfield by Marriot to be precise but that is a 20-25 mins drive away and requires 3-hour notification in advance. That does not come in handy. I would rather they made known of this situation beforehand and give a discounted rate for the stay. The last-minute notification was a disappointment. The restaurant in the courtyard is bright and spacious. Although with skylight, the indoor temperature was comfortable enough to sit and chill. The foods from the usual menu were good but those from the kids' menu were not so. 1 starter + 1 main meal + 1 kid's meal + 3 drinks cost around USD60.

The reception is so colonial classic The breakfast restaurant staff were amazing. The rooftop staff had style and character The room maids were fun and good. You met them in the corridor and they could engage with you and have a laugh together

Every thing, breakfast is the best , restaurants and coffee shop style one of the best I have seen and the Reciption area amazing the hotel match between old and new

We are very satisfied with the accommodation, thank you! The staff are friendly, helpful and will be helpful if any question arises. Breakfast is excellent, buffet system is offered, large selection of dishes. We arrived during the New Year celebrations, so we even found live music in the restaurant. The gym is so in general - beyond praise, well equipped, there is everything you need from sports equipment.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were great. The breakfast is better than the dinner though because it provided fresh fruit juices. I especially liked the fresh coconut juice. The choices of fresh cut fruits were very good as well.

There’s nothing else in the location of the hotel.

Very well located. Everything on site or near by. The suite room was perfect for us and our 2 kids of 5 and 8 years old

Would have been even better if the additional bed in the suite room was for 2 person. Even for our young kids it was small and one of them had to sleep on the coach.

The room was spacious ultra clean modern and comfortable with many additional features The staff were helpful and friendly and spa wonderful Room service was excellent

The breakfast was extremely expensive if you only wanted a light breakfast I would advise ordering room service as having breakfast in the dining room incurred a standard cost of 30 dollars

Fabulous room and bathroom, amazing pool, gym and wellness area and a beautiful hotel. Great location, buffet breakfast i think was the best I have ever had in the world. NEXT LEVEL. and the rooftop was absolutely delicious food and drinks and super cool vibe. Felt very cosmopolitan. Staff were fab.

It would have been great to see some local food on the menu on the roof.
