Really good hotel located just around the corner from main shopping and eating streets . We had an easy walk from central rail station which we used several times during our week in Bonn . Our friends had rooms on the main road which was a little noisy on first night and the helpful staff moved them to quieter rooms for the rest of our stay . Breakfast was excellent and although not included in our room rate was good value and we ate in the hotel most days . Tea and coffee were available in dining room on ground floor whenever required.

No problems , wifi was a little slow at times but nothing that couldn’t be sorted easily.

My room was spacious, super clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a lovely bathroom as well. The hotel is located in the city centre, which was very convenient. I appreciated having a mini fridge available and the possibility to order breakfast in the hotel as well.

I spent a long weekend in Bonn and one of those days there was some sort of incident so only disgusting rusty water was coming out of the tap and shower. I reported this to the receptionist and got a very inadequate response from him, offering no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience, just a bottle of drinking water should the situation last long term. Other points that could be improved: wifi, there could be an electric kettle in the room

Great staff. My first room had a problem with the shower, so they were quick to move me to a room with a working shower. Good breakfast in the morning, good location.

My first room, an "einzelzimmer", felt quite cramped and uncomfortable. There was no hot water for the shower but when I told the front desk, they quickly moved me to a new room, a Doppelzimmer. Even If you are traveling alone, I do not recommend the einzelzimmer. Get a Doppelzimmer, much more comfortable.

I stayed at Hotel Europa from 30.06. to 02.07. and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is perfect – in the city center. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. A big thank you to the reception team- Jessica and the guy at night shifts. Overall, a lovely and convenient place to stay – I would definitely come back!

Regular cleaning, friendly staff, towels, shower gel, wireless. Literally everything that you need for a solo travel or visit to a city. No need to carry your own stuff unnecessary.

Nothing particular. Maybe it is just me, but I don't like the curtain near the shower and when showering you create a mess around the bathroom. But I think that is just me.

Hotel ia located at the center of Bonn, the rooms are basic but met all my needs, clean room, clean towels and bed sheets, proper heating, hot water and a very good breakfast. I stayed in different hotels in Bonn and cost/benefit is the higest for Europa. My room was facing the tram station and it did not really disturb me. Unless you need to leave the windows open; unless you are very noise sensitive it is not really disturbing.

All was good. Just do not expect a fancy decoration.

The room was clean and comfortable we had everything we needed. The location is excellent we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. It was perfectly situated between the old town and the Christmas market.

The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to recommend places of interest to visit.

Excellent and very polite staff. The one guy was very helpful he explained everything very clear which was quite helpful. Hotel is not far from Bonn HBF only 7-8 minute walk. You can take tram number 62 as well and stoppage is just outside the hotel. Room was good too. Opposite the hotel there is a bar you can enjoy and have your drinks. Overall happy with my experience.

The weather was very hot during my stay. German hotels do not have air-conditioning. Hotel staff provided me a pedestal fan to help with circulation of air and reduce the impact of the heat.

Sometimes when you go to breakfast they only have hard boiled eggs and sometimes scrambled eggs. They not only had both but the scrambled eggs had scallions or green onions in them, making them just scrambled. The staff were nice and helpful. Helping us locate dinner that evening after traveling. I wish we had more time there but it was just one night.

I don't think anything. Oh, the light over my bed was at the angle of my chest and got hit a couple times in the middle of the night.
