We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice hotel and room. I loved the options to check in/out from the app and unlock the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. It was in a little sitting area where you had your own tv and could close 2 glass doors to separate you from the 2 queen beds. There was another tv for the 2 queen beds. The pool area was nice. Each floor had its own ice machine and a laundry room. We would definitely stay here again!

The lobby & surrounding areas were very nice and updated.

There was no ice machine on our floor. We had a pull out couch with no sheets or pillows in the closet. We had to go down to the lobby to get sheets and they did not have any extra pillows. The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable and had many stains on it. We had 4 children with us and it was a big inconvenience to leave the room and get sheets after we got into the room late that evening.

The first hotel I ever stayed in that I didn't dislike nothing. When I first arrived, I saw that they were working on the outside of the building. I wanted to cry, like I came this far to enjoy my birthday to this hotel. I didn't want to go inside the building because I felt like this was going to be the worst hotel I ever stayed in. So me and my husband got out walked inside to see it was beautiful inside with a beautiful Christmas tree decorated well and the smell of the hotel was amazing. My room look nice, and every where was clean. The bed for the first time wasn't so soft, it was just right. For the first time in a hotel I slept well. I enjoyed this stay. The employees do a good job in keeping the hotel up to date and clean. If I am in Huntsville again to stay will definitely stay here again.

I didn't too much like the location.

The property was well maintained. We liked how the location wasn’t completely in the mix but conveniently located just a few red lights from eateries, shopping & Wally World. The suite made us feel at home. Having 2 roomy areas to sit back & soak up quality time with my husband was great.

The only thing that I disliked was the bed in 113. It’s worn & the springs in the mattress wasn’t comfortable. But we survived the night. It is time for a little deeper cleaning in 113 as well (behind/sides of furniture).

The location is great for easy to get to and from where I needed to be. Enjoyed size of room. Appreciated room being straightened up daily.

Had to hunt down bedding for the sleeper soda even though they knew it would be needed. All sheets and one pillow was received, no blanket. Coffee and tea were not replaced in room daily.

The management texted me several times checking to see if we were satisfied with our room, if there was any thing he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The new upgraded pillows we had in our room was excellent.

the scan pad at the outside door entry pad would not work every time. Management gave me another key that worked better. I feel that that scan pad needs to be replaced.

I liked the size of the room and the amenities. The room had all the things I needed for our stay. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The hotel was convenient to the major road.

I didn't realize the hotel was under renovation and that made for some inconvenience in the stay. The shower gel in the tub was empty and there was some trash left by the previous occupant. The house phone was not connected so it was of no use if I had needed it.

Staff was SO nice and they gave us delicious cookies and refreshing water right when we got there. We had no trouble checking in. The bed was stellar.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor so we had to request several extra towels, then the fridge broke and leaked everywhere so we defo needed those towels. Honestly nbd though

The location was excellent and front desk staff were warm and friendly. The cookies were very yummy!

I didn't like that the pool wasn't open. Which was part of the reason I chose the location. Also, my room wasn't refreshed from my stay over. I don't know if this service varies from property to property, but other sister brands I've stayed with, they at least made the beds and replenished the towels. I had to ask a front desk clerk for some fresh towels to which they provided. The dinner I ate from the bistro was not appetizing at all. The Cajun pasta was bland and more oily than cheesy. My child's chicken tenders didn't have any flavor either. I felt I wasted my money.

Breakfast was wonderful, fresh, hot and tasty. The location was great - fairly easy to get to. EVERY single person we came in contact with from front desk to maintenance was awesome! They were all polite, welcoming, helpful and just overall pleasant! The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoyed our warm cookies and coffee in the sunshine! (what a wonderful treat!) We will definitely stay there again! (we travel there often to visit family)

The trash pick-up! LOL Our room was close to the dumpster - the area was clean and well maintained but the trash pick-up at 5 am is loud! Not sure there is really anything anyone can do about it - that's seriously the only "complaint" we had about our stay! (next time we'll just make sure to get a courtyard side room! :-) LOL)
