I like that the rooms are spacious and has everything you need on a day to day basis. It even has laundry. The rooms are always cleaned and replenished. It is so easy and fast to check in and check out. Location is also good, walking distance to massage places, convenience stores, and malls. Did I mention the staff are also courteous and helpful? Thank you!

The only downside for me are the cloth sofa and chair. They smell and need some serious cleaning.

Booked grand family suite Spacious, washing machine and dryer included, large fridge, free shuttle to train, close to amenities and 7 eleven but not too close to the hustle and bustle of the shopping malls. Tuktuk ride about 10-15mins to malls approx 300baht. Safe location both night and day for a stroll with the family Restaurant excellent, very accommodating for my wife's dietary needs (coeliac) Cabs and vans right outside for yr conscience, but they don't hassle you. Staff easy going and professional

Grand family suite has only 1 bathroom. Which is minor but with a family sometimes 2 bathrooms is more convenient.

We were given a free upgrade to junior suite as the room we booked wasnt available. The spring board bed in living room of junior suite was not very good for the back. But the queen size bed in main bedroom was very good. Washer works but dryer didn’t. My clothes couldn’t dry in spite of several attempts with dryer function. Very nice and caring staff, good buffet breakfast and tuk tuk drop off n pick up service . Overall good. Love the fully equipped kitchen and appreciated the free dishwashing liquid and sponge and all equipment. Good housekeeping, ample clean towels, good security. I like that there’s two separate aircon system : one in living room area and one in master bedroom so the temperature and ventilation can easily be managed.

The breakfast in the restaurant majority was non halal And most of it is Chinese food , it should contain variety of international food and Arabic food also , The wheel chair ramp leading to the reception should follow the slope ratio of 1:10 It’s very steep even a normal person can’t use it It’s impossible to reach to the plinth level of the ground floor .

Great Location, Clean Rooms & Value for Money Centre Point Chidlom is in a fantastic location—just a short distance from all the main malls. It’s also close to Velaa Sindhorn Village, which has some great restaurants. There are about three 7-Eleven stores nearby, making it super convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you ask at reception, they’ll provide a multiplug, which is really useful. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a slight walk from the hotel to the main road, but it’s not too bad. Overall, great value for money—would definitely stay here again!

Situated in a quiet area of Bangkok yet walking distance to Lumpini Park and free hotel shuttle to MRT Chidlom. People say rooms are a bit dated but seriously the enormous size of our room was like a small apartment. Breakfast was changed each morning offering an abundance of both Thai and Western options. The staff were exceptional in their warm hospitality towards all guests with genuine smiles to greet you. Ideal for families not wanting the hectic Bangkok traffic or nightlife

On one occasion room wasn’t cleaned till quite late, but this may have been due to a large group checking in

I don't write many reviews, but this hotel is great! Great breakfast (with plates and cutlery for little children), good and pretty fast wifi, useful tv (many channels and english), big room, wash machine, big fridge, great staff, good coffee, good aircon. They also have a very useful TukTuk service to get to a BTS station quickly, and our kids loved that TukTuk. Kids playroom is very nice, kids really enjoyed playing there. All the staff is extremly helpfull and polite, great with children. We had more stuff to hang after we washed our clothes, so we hanged clothes over chairs and kitchen counters. When we came back there was a dry rack in our room, and all our clothes were moved to the rack. Amazing. We did not ask for anything. Loved it and will be back!

Hotel located centrally within walking distance to Chidlom BTS. Quite a number of eateries around as well as 7-elevens. Hotel provides for tuk-tuk services which cuts down walking time to Chidlom. Room was spacious for 3 large luggage to be spread open and still have walking space.

The floor was a bit dusty and could do with some regular mopping. Teabags and coffee sachets provided but could do with some ceramic cups to have these beverages in. Some evenly space lighting would be good around the closet mirror area.

Location was great. We could walk and do shopping in nearby malls. Lumpini Park was in the walking distance where we had long walks in the mornings and evenings. Staff was very helpful. Room were very clean. The hotel served tea, cofe and detox juices every day in the reception area. The first day we came, we were treated with free ice-cream in the hotel lobby due to Loy Krathong Festival.

The hotel used rose smell air freshener in the reception area that gave real head ache to us as rose smell is very specific and disliked by most people. I gently asked the reception staff about changing it, but they used it all 8 days we stayed there. So every time we entered and leaved the hotel, we tried to leave reception area very fast.
