We were welcomed by a very nice girl Bathuta a lady from goa was very helpful and always friendly and smiling my friend had a lovely conversation about the Indian films they had watched and shared there views . This lady helped us a lot giving out useful information about the transport in the area . The other lady when we arrived I believe was the manager Helped us with our room and managed to change it as when I booked it was for three adults sharing a room and the first room we were given had two beds and a bunk not suitable for three grown up Adults that was our only complaint which was sorted . I think the one at heathrow they stayed in for the night was better more space Mrs Denise Reynolds

Property room sizes were small. And parking was quite expensive it’s better to add on the price overall it’s ok for a couple nights

One triple room was very spacious, we were given a wheelchair accessible room. Towels were provided. Friendly, helpful staff. They were happy to store our luggage before and after our booking. Tea and hot water was available 24hrs near reception. Tesco was at the corner of the hotel, very handy.

Unfortunately our shower wasn’t draining and wasn’t fixed the next day until a receptionist staff member did come to have a look. He removed a blocked filter temporarily. We could use the shower but had to replace the filter after so the bathroom wouldn’t smell. Worked but not ideal. Our second triple room was adequate but small. The tiny shower opened straight into the room with a frosted glass door with a big hole as a handle, and a mirror on the wall as you open the door to get your towel for all to see. Nowhere to hang a towel. Have to get dressed in the bedroom. More suitable for a couple.

1.Location is close to high street and food especially there is 2 Indian supermarkets,the smaller one has more fresh vegetables and fruits for me , got also morning glories and mangosteens which is tropical fruits …. 2.Check in lady staff was very nice and kind , allowed me to checked into my room one hour earlier which helped my medications which need fridge degree ( I brought portable fridge with me with charging and battery but my car got only spot with on the sun ) Many thanks to her kindness indeed. 3.Free WiFi in the room 4. Has car park beside the hotel even in town Center which is convenient but need to pay parking fee £13.50 per night . 5. Clean room and comfy bed . Although there are a few things need improvement like kettle, hair dyer etc, for overall experience is very impressive and especially staff are very good .

1.The room is clean but small , I don’t think 2 people for a double bed is not enough especially the shower room is too small and can not change clothes inside and need to change dress out side the shower room and not good if you come with your friend to share the room for 2. Has separate toilet which is also small. 2.No kettle for hot drinks to make myself. 3.No hair dryer in the room ( might get from reception ?? But I brought my own ). 4.Hangers place is small and there were supposed to have 3 hangers but only 2 were working . It is better to bring folder able hanger rack if you can . 5. Breakfast is a bit pricy and I prefer Indian food and did not take breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel lives up to its promise. Friendly staff, a convenient location just five minutes from the tube station and clean facilities. Obviously it is a budget hotel so some corners of the bathroom for instance could use fresh paint but overall the room was very clean. It was comfortable and quiet, ideal for a work trip. Fresh towels were provided daily without having to ask so that was a very nice touch. The baggage locker (ask at the reception) is also very convenient. In general, my expectations were exceeded.

The property is centrally located next to the local high street, and has many amenities nearby including a tesco express right next door, the Hounslow central underground tube station (connected via the Piccadilly line to central London as well as the Heathrow airport) at a 7-8 mins walk away, and lots of great restaurants offering diverse cuisines nearby. The complimentary continental breakfast (should you opt for it / or if you pay for breakfast on the day) is delicious, with a lot of options, and worth the price.

The room may feel a little small / crowded, especially if you're more than 2-3 persons. But with a little bit of adjusting and compromise, my family and I enjoyed staying there.

Loved the duvet and the plentiful towels. Good body wash in 2 holders. Shower easy to control right temperature. Great view of aircraft departing Heathrow. Good that toilet and shower separate. Lifts were clean and modern and effective. Liked the fact 2 members of staff always at the counter as well as cleaner. Did like the plentiful tables and open buffet style breakfast which was very good

Did not like fact that bedsheets changed only if guest on 3rd night as mattress has been stained by the previous guest and not cleaned

This is a budget hotel so was not expecting much. The hotel staff were attentive and check in was quick. The hotel provided free tea and coffee in the lobby as there is little space in the rooms to have it in there. The room was a good size and very clean with comfy beds. As we had an early flight and had to get up early and get ready I was glad that they had separate shower and toilets. The basin was in the actual room but that’s not a big deal again it was convenient as we didn’t have to wait for one to get showered due the other to use toilet and basin. The hotel is located a short walk from the station that takes you to the airport and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around to choose from for your meals. I couldn’t hear the sound of the planes passing through at all. Definitely worth staying at this hotel.

The rooms simplicity, general cleanliness and the beds were comfortable. Most all staff were welcoming and nice. Located right next to the city center so lots to do. Parking available.

Not all staff enjoyed their jobs as much as the others which makes ibis look bad. In my case 2 of the many and that can overshadow the great work of all the other warm friendly staff members who go that extra mile for you.

Easy check-in and checkout. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location for exploring London and getting to the airport - both can be reached in about half an hour. Near lots of places to eat for any budget and only a stonethrow away from Hounslows Town centre. Room itself was small but sufficient and appeared clean.

Unable to cool down the room at night despite open window and outside temperature being only 5 degrees. Flush in the toilet was temperamental and lift sometimes took forever.

It was affordable and reasonably close to Heathrow Staff were very helpful

This was not the fault of the hotel- but the night we stayed there was a school group staying - they were very noisy, including knocking on our door repeatedly. That said- when I rang reception to let them know, the staff dealt with it very promptly. It was a little further from the airport than I'd realised- a taxi was going to be £35+ - but I did manage to get an uber for £22- so that ended up being quite good.
