This was my second stay at this property and I've already booked for a stay in February 2023! It's very convenient for the rehearsals and concert with the Boston Sinfonia and saves me going home on Friday night to return on Sunday morning. The 10-minute walk to town in fine; parking outside the property is good and the place is easy to find. There didn't seem to be any other guests there and I was able to do an hour's double bass practice in the kitchen on Saturday morning!

The quilt on the bed was rather thin! I could have done with an extra blanket or two. Perhaps they could be provided in future? Also, the TV only works on BBC1 and BBC2. This didn't really bother me, but it might be something to check for future guests.

privacy. modern finish. large kitchen, clean modern. stuff to prepare and cook a meal. large warm showers

suffers from damp around windows. black mold. just needs a bit of a stronger wipe with some bleach. but this should t discourage a stay. mattress very soft. could do with replacing.

My third stay here and all is fine as expected. Very handy location for my rehearsals and the concert with the Boston Sinfonia.

As mentioned in previous reviews, the place is still a little chilly. I guess I'll have to bring my own blanket next time!

Nice sized room and bed, smart TV with the option of Netflix. Everywhere was extremely clean. Matt (owner) was very friendly, pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.

People above us were a little loud but that can't be helped and not a reflection on the place itself or the standards as they were fantastic.

The environment was clean and calm, with a parking space. Heaters working perfectly, warm and cozy. The kitchen was well cleaned with provision of free coffee or tea. overall awesome experience

The toilet was shared. i wished they were all en-suit.

Lack of personal touch, no staff on site. It is Rooms not a Hotel so fair enough but hey I'd stay again.

From first sight of the house from the road outside, I was impressed! And the brightness and cleanliness of the inside of the property were amazing. I was in Boston for two rehearsals and a concert with the Boston Sinfonia at the 'Stump' church. I was able to 'park' my double bass in the large kitchen and travelling to and from the Stump was very quick and easy.

All fine! No complaints at all! I'll be back next time the Sinfonia has a concert + rehearsals over a full weekend!

The only disappointment was the TV. There was almost no connection except bbc 1&2. All the other channels just weren’t available to watch. It’s one thing I love to do before I sleep. But that was just a tiny thing. Everything else was amazing,

The accommodation was very clean with easy access to the kitchen and bathroom. Ideal location for my journey to work and close to a big supermarket. Heating and lighting were excellent.

The set up is super convenient. With the key lock outside, I was free to arrive when it suited me. Access to the kitchen was great for breakfast. Thanks for the milk! The place was clean. All was well.
