We had a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive hotel in Albufeira with a half-board option. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch – our room was comfortable and well-equipped for cooking, and the pools were a hit, with separate areas for kids and adults. The kids’ play area added a wholesome touch, keeping our little ones entertained. In the evenings, the lively atmosphere created such a great vibe. We loved every moment and would definitely return for a longer stay!

Room was huge, comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn't use the pool but heard it was a little cold. We were invited to a wine tasting and some other entertainments in the hotel that sounded great but we had made plans for those times. We arrived early and were allowed to check in, the room we were first given was lovely but we preferred to overlook the car park so we could keep an eye on our campervans there. They very quickly and effortlessly changed the room so we could see the carpark. The staff have been amazing throughout.

Dessert selection was the one thing I found let the All Inclusive down as it was mostly the same and things we didn't like. If they'd have put more pastries out that would have been ideal but this was down to our own tastes of course.

Large rooms, daily cleaning and lots of towels. No noise from other apartments etc. Air conditioning was good and main bed comfortable (sofa bed not so much) Good selection of food in restaurant and good quality. Lovely friendly staff especially the lovely lady in the restaurant who showed you to your table. Night time entertainment was mostly music. Pool towels and safe were free of charge. Free Shuttle Bus to beach was a fab service and definitely worth visiting as the beach is amazing. Uber to Albuferia and Vilamoura about 14 euro each way.

Bathroom was tired and shower was over the bath which could be an issue for some. The main pool was taken over most afternoons by the entertainments team for games, volleyball etc which was annoying so we just went to the beach after the first few days. While the hotel has beds in a reserved section of the beach there is a charge of 15 to 20 euro per half day, we didn't use it because of that.

Portugal is a truly beautiful place, full of beautiful beaches. The hotel offers high-quality services, the staff is very nice and helpful. The food was excellent, a wide selection of food, so everyone could choose something for themselves at any time. Personally, I thought the pool was the perfect place to relax. In the area you could enjoy many water sports, walks, sightseeing trips, and delicious Portuguese food. The most beautiful beach I have ever seen is located about 10 minutes from the hotel, so I had the opportunity to fully explore the area by walking through streets full of beautiful flowers, trees and beautiful houses. I also regretted that we had not come to this place earlier, which means that we will definitely come back. Apart from these things, I evaluate the holiday very positively, but I definitely recommend it for more days.

The water in the pool was too cold for me, after enjoying the sea attractions we often came back tired and I missed some rest in the pool itself.

Lobby and general areas very good, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Location was good for us. Plenty of good restaurants in the local area and also happy to walk the 20 mins to village for more good options. Albufeira and Villamoura short taxi ride when we wanted a more busier night life. Very spacious room and it was quiet at night for a busy hotel and bed was comfortable. Shower was decent and plenty of bathroom space. Tv and Wi-Fi worked fine. Air conditioning also good. Towels available for room and pool/beach and easy to get fresh ones when needed. 1 x beach short walk and 2 x others had hotel transfers regularly through the day so plenty of beach options. 2 x decent clean pools and good benches and one of them in particular good for adults with main snack bar and most of the kids at the other bigger pool area

We were self catering and while Kitchen area was ok and had a kettle there was no coffee maker and also zero cleaning products or even cloths to clean up. Had to go and buy all those simple basics. 1x tea towel also and never changed. Balcony was fine but only fitted a tiny table so hard to eat out there which was disappointing. Garden view was actually car park view at back of hotel. Laundry available but not in the room and there is a charge to use it. Bed linen actually never changed although hotel indicated it would be. Also bar at night only used plastic glasses. No big deal and makes sense during the day when pool open but should be different at night. Understand Self catering option and small points but probably would have expected more for a 4-star hotel.

The Room was really big and Perfect for a little Family. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend the Restaurant on the ground floor as well as the Service and Food is very good.

It would be great to have a bit more options for Kids. Especially the Pool Area is quite basic. A much better Pool for Kids with little Slides etc. would be great. Also the Kids Club gives room for improvement. All in all we would still recommend this property because the facilities are great and you have a lot of Restaurants, Beaches and other nice places very close by.

We had a very spacious apartment which had everything we needed. There were two pools. It is only a 15 minute walk to a very pleasant beach (Falesia). Loads of restaurants within 7 or 8 minutes walk. All in all excellent value for money.

It seems that most rooms, including ours, overlooked a car park. We were told that that the larger pool was not heated but the smaller one was heated. We did not think either pool was heated.

Lots of pleasant seating areas to relax and enjoy a drink or play a game. Food was varied and a good standard as was the all inclusive drink options. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a free bus to take you to the nearby beach which is beautiful.

The area around the pool is quite small - even in April it was difficult to find a space so I’m guessing it would be impossible in the summer.

The hotel was great, our child loved the kids club and the girls there. The staff is excellent everyone was helpful and nice evey step of the way. The room was very clean and big and quite well equipped if you want to cook something, the only thing we were missing was a teabag and coffee bag at least for a first day and a washing up liquid, when you stay for a couple of days you don't really wanna buy it. But I think these are just a tiny improvement that can be done. Otherwise, our stay was great. Thank you

The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners, lots of choice and tasty food.

Overall had a great stay. The kids club looks neglected with limited resources unlike the rest of the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, however unprepared for advertised activities and almost surprised they were on.
