The room was spacious yet cozy. It had a comfortable feel to it and well decorated. We took advantage of the room amenities which met all our needs. We did not utilize the pool due to the seasonal cool temperatures however the pool was inviting (clean, large size, spacious deck area with a tropical feel landscaping). Breakfast was available next door at the resort restaurant and store - the food was delicious, and store had a variety of items to cover things we forgot besides souvenirs. There was plenty of area to walk and enjoy the scenery. The atmosphere is nautical with a hint of elegance.

We had a guest next door that smoked which lingered onto our balcony very noticeably.

Our room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The free shuttle to Charleston and the Marina gift shop on the property were very welcome. The hotel has a very nice veranda and pool area with a lot of places to sit and relax. Easy on-site parking lot with a gated entrance for security. The room was, clean, well-appointed, big bathroom with double sinks and a large tub and walk-in shower. The resort itself was quiet and peaceful.

With so many places to sit and relax, it would have been better if there was a lobby bar and restaurant. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. We wound up with a second floor room facing the marina and although the balcony was big with two chairs and a table, the view was obstructed by the veranda roof below - I really don't think we should have been charged the same price as for similar rooms higher up in the hotel with better views.

Location was excellent. Resort was clean. Room was spacious with a wonderful fireplace and large bathroom with a large tub and walk in shower and double sinks. I was alone so safety is very importabt to me. I felt very safe here. I loved the heated salt water pool and jacuzzi and fire pits. Also, lots of walking trails and docks to walk on and drink in the beauty of Charlesto. Harbot. I am coming back.

The lights in the bathroom were always on. They never turned off and they affected my sleep because i am light sensitive.

This was the second time at this beautiful hotel in less than a year. I would come next time for sure. Lovely room, great decor. Comfy, great coffee machine near the lobby. Charleston its such a beautiful place to visit

Front desk at night not the best. Do not explain much. Because I stayed before I knew a lot of amenities from the hotel.

we thought the room could get more cleaning , floors could have been cleaner and the doors should be wiped down . but we did really enjoy the hotel and the rooms were a great size

Didn’t like the service at the Tiki bar. Had a waiter/bartender who was rude. He screwed up our order,went back into the kitchen,got the right order and just threw it on the table and said,here! Fortunately one of the waitresses corrected the bill and made things right.

We loved every single thing about this place! The pool, water taxi, staff and many more! We even talked to the event manager, Hannah, about planning our own wedding! She wa a great and very informative. If you’re looking to plan a beautiful wedding in Charleston, look for Hannah!

There’s always room to improve but this place doesn't many flaws at all. But if I had to choice one thing, it would be to have laundry on site inside of the resort.

Your property is amazing! We choose Charleston as a destination often and you're our new favorite! Beautiful, wonderful pools, delicious food at the Fish House.

Your check in location is a bit small and awkward in the space there. I would do additional training with the employees in this space to be a bit more welcoming also. The curb appeal walking in is WOW so it's a bit of a disappointment when you walk in and are met with less than friendly reception.

A Hotel staff were amazing gave there time and guidance at every level with prices detail, which is very rare these days

The holiday stay was far to short could have stayed for a longer a period of time , if ididnt have to return to work.

Beautiful resort with luxurious rooms.

We stayed in October and not all the amenities were available. The staff at the front desk were not very knowledgeable about Charleston. In fact they gave us incorrect information about transportation in historic Charleston. Only restaurant on site was the Fish House which was overpriced and mediocre.
