Location

Checking in was a pain; you had to get the keys from a 7/11 store 1km away. The wifi was not working and the stuff did not do anything to fix it. They delayed the deposit return by 10 days after calling them twice about it

Excellent location.

Hate the key pickup. Totally inconvenient. Burnt out light bulbs in bathroom. Reported it, but not dealt with during my stay.

Apartment was nice. Good option ND I recommend.

Had to pick up and drop off key 1 km away. Could use table and outlets for computer.

Great location of building, but unit faced a construction zone and being on a low (3rd) floor the construction was right outside your patio

The property itself was fine, my problem is with the unexpected last minute deposit “shakedown” of $500.00 was hit with on my way to the airport!! I was traveling alone for a doctors appointment which I told the staff and asked for a reduction because I didn’t plan for this added expense and would be left without money for food and transport. They refused to budge and instead refused to give me the address or entry instructions until the deposit was paid into their own PayPal account also I could not cancel because their policy is Non refundable . There is no one to meet you or provide keys, you have to go to a 7-11 ($8 Uber ride away) to a mailbox to get the key and find your way back, and to check out you cannot just leave the key n the suite, you have to again return the key to the 7-11; with your luggage and myself arriving on a late flight and leaving on a early flight this was terribly inconvenient. Speaking to the office manager was like speaking to a robot, completely heartless and had zero empathy. There are many other suites available in that building for short term rentals I’d suggest choosing one of those.

Helpful staff. Great location.

Too many communications between booking and arriving. I think the need to send a photo of yourself holding your ID is too much to ask. The room was very warm and I couldn't turn the heat down. If I was being picky, I would also add.....The kitchen looks very worn. The furniture and decor are an odd mix of styles.

The main disadvantage was the key collection. While the process worked as described (the codes and instructions worked) the key pickup and drop-off location is not close to the property. We arrived very late in the evening and early in the money so picking up and dropping off the keys was a bit of a faff we luggage etc. If you have time when arriving and departing then it should be no barrier to staying there, but worth keeping in mind.

The hosts were not at all Customer focused and far more interested in imposing overly bureaucratic risk management conditions then in meeting legitimate guest needs
