The room was a good size and location is close to the main road. I was happy with the customer service provided by the front desk employees.

The waffle maker was out of order, The faucets in the bathroom was at an angle, making it difficult to use. The shower head was faced towards the door and water spilled onto the floor when we turned the faucet on to lett he water warm up.

The staff was super friendly. The facilities were clean. They offered an amazing breakfast variety which my kids loved. The facility was very easy to find.

Due to some upgrades being done there were a few times the was an extremely loud jolting bang that scared the absolute crap outta my kids.(Outside of that it was very quiet).

The lighting in the room was VERY poor. Had only 2 small lamps attached to the bed. One lamp sitting on the desk which was very dim. No over head lights.

Rate was rite.... Great area and will plan to stay again next time around...

. Jus need cleaning around window area...other then that, great rooms...

AC was comfortable pool was nice room was clean .breakfast was good like the mini waffles.

No shade at pool. Needed a little more variety for breakfast .

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy bed and linens. Pet friendly with spots to walk.

I left behind in the closet my medical cannabis edibles (I do have my medical card)in a black bag when I called to inform them at front desk they told me tye found nothing 😒 I'm not sure if they have cameras to see who entered after we checked out but the General manager said they must have trown it hum that's strange? Why would the not turn it in to lost & found 😕 needless to say 🤔 I have no medication & if a child would find this bag then think it was candy.I would like to stay there again but now can I trust that if I forget & leave something will they do the right thing?

Have stayed at Hilton Hamptons everywhere and the stays have always been a positive experience, Always clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The palm tree trimmers truck was noisy early in the morning and we had to ask the front desk to help to clean our windshield. they did call the guys that were cutting trimming the palm trees and our issue was resolved. Palm timers should let guest know to move their cars.

The elevators were a little dirty, and I could hear everything from the pool below my room
