The room was a good size and location is close to the main road. I was happy with the customer service provided by the front desk employees.
The waffle maker was out of order, The faucets in the bathroom was at an angle, making it difficult to use. The shower head was faced towards the door and water spilled onto the floor when we turned the faucet on to lett he water warm up.

The staff was super friendly. The facilities were clean. They offered an amazing breakfast variety which my kids loved. The facility was very easy to find.
Due to some upgrades being done there were a few times the was an extremely loud jolting bang that scared the absolute crap outta my kids.(Outside of that it was very quiet).

The lighting in the room was VERY poor. Had only 2 small lamps attached to the bed. One lamp sitting on the desk which was very dim. No over head lights.

Have stayed at Hilton Hamptons everywhere and the stays have always been a positive experience, Always clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Nice room size, comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staff!
The palm tree trimmers truck was noisy early in the morning and we had to ask the front desk to help to clean our windshield. they did call the guys that were cutting trimming the palm trees and our issue was resolved. Palm timers should let guest know to move their cars.
