Top location with shops, restaurants and beach within 400m. The rooms are well sound-proofed but noise from the corridors could be a nuisance when the apartments are busy, we guess. Super staff, smiling and helpful and courteous. Useful and well priced launderette on site. A 15 minute walk from train and bus stations (handy if arriving by plane to Nice) plus a free shuttle bus very nearby.

The kitchen is tiny, not well equipped (we had to buy a chopping board and there were very few utensils) One plug on a cupboard top, so constantly unplugging kettle/coffee maker/toaster ....and the pull-down bed, whilst not bad, is awkward if you're not very flexible getting in and out!!

A comfortable studio with good facilities, in a great location & with staff on hand.... Our electronic safety deposit box didn't work, but a technician arrived promptly & provided a key after we reported the problem to reception. Kitchen mostly well equipped. Comfortable, easy to operate bed.

We stayed 10 days, but had to ask a housekeeper for clean towels. Surely clean linen should be delivered every 5 days or so? Balcony too small for table & chairs, washing airer and aircon unit, but we managed....

Really had a wonderful time here! Menton is such a great place. The room was clean and safe and the kitchen was perfection - fully stocked with everything you'd need and more. Lots of storage spots. Murphy bed + bunk beds would be fun for the whole family, but would probably feel a bit tight if you had four people in there. For just me it was a DREAM! Even had a balcony with room for a table (small but also not just a tiny little step). Parking was convenient and easier than many other lots I've been in. Staff was friendly. I didn't want to leave! FYI, there are no hotel-like services - you have to make the beds when you arrive and clean the kitchen etc before you depart.

No iron or steamer - literally the only 'problem' (not a big deal)

Decent place to stay considering the price. The kitchen is well equipped, there is even a dishwasher. Not a lot of room, but it was OK for 2 persons. They can store your luggage, there is a common room where you can have coffee and wait if you arrived before the room is ready or stay after your check out. There is a laundry service, very handy, you can pay for it with the card directly in the laundry room, very convenient. The staff is very nice and kind. Pay attention to the reception opening hours.

Sadly, they provided just 1 roll of toilet paper for the week. We asked once for another but it was not provided. We did not do anything further though. I would buy an extra one from the reception, it would be great if they at least could have sold it. I did not want to buy a whole pack in the supermarket. Also it is not very clean in the room, but there is a cleaning service for extra charge.

Short walk from train station, easy to find. Quiet residence. Fairly close to beach, shops and local amenities. Studio clean and perfectly adequate for our needs for only 2 nights. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Handy to be able to leave luggage for a few hours on departure day.

Building quite old, could do with a little up-dating in places, but not a deal-breaker in view of overall value for money.

Good value for money. Location is also nice. Washing machines and a dryer are conveniently located in the apartment complex, and the price is less expensive than in laundries outside.

The sofa/bed thing was a bit uncomfortable. Once you make the bed, simply no space left in the room. Basic Wi-fi service was too slow.

Location is very well,near supermarket,fast food,bakery,5 minutes walk to the centre and beach,hotel is very practical,everything work fine parking,enterance to hotel,reception...But you mast to knew the reception is not open all day and if you late for chek in you have to recive instruction how to get into hotel and if you want to make parking reservation it is possible only by phone not by email.Menton is perfect city for relaxation,great beach,food,music,architecture...

Rooms with all the equipment needed, plates, cups, pans, toaster, kettle, small kitchenette. Room is on the small size but very comfortable for a family with up to two kids. Has a small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning if you can put up with the heat:). You have laundry facilities if you don’t choose the hotel service and the price is reasonable. Very close to the beach with access to shops and restaurants close by.

Nothing to complain about

Our studio apartment was at the rear of the property so was very quiet. Apartment very clean and everything as expected. Beds very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Interior of studio rather austere, some pictures on the walls would have brightened it up.

Price is nice! Room was clean and light with small balcony into the garden. Hot water and hitter in the bathroom. Frig, micro, cattle: all you need for cooking at home. We had fresh towels also. Close to the hotel was sea, railway station and police office to stay in savity! Different shops are next street to this place.

That short in time to stay more!
