Good hospitality, clean room, location

The transportation department is not well managed. No clarity on airport pickup and difficult to trace car. Although Hotel acknowledged the mistake and as a gesture given a sorry note with cookies and drinks.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the suite and executive rooms were super comfortable and the breakfast was great quality. Wasn’t sure what to expect as it was our first time in Phnom Penh and it wasn’t a ‘branded’ hotel but it was such wonderful stay. The staff went out of their way with requests and the hotel felt very modern and new. Everyone enjoyed the stay!

Just a little note for light sleepers - you can hear mumbled traffic noise. However the bedroom of the suite was away from the road so it didn’t affect me and luckily my mum is a heavy sleeper so she was fine in the executive room. So for us we all slept well.

The river view from the room was amazing! Morning sunrise was spectacular.Lots of space, clean, and the toiletries provided were the best we had on our 7-week trip. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. The location is perfect. We loved the sky bar and enjoyed watching the boats on the river, and the activities on the river walk below whilst enjoying a cold drink.

Unfortunately, the breakfast table service was below par. The cooked breakfast was ordered separately, and this seemed to present problems for the wait staff. Guests were waiting a long time and receiving incorrect orders.

Hotel had a nice river side location to enjoy the promenade and people watch. Near the Palace and Museum. Also good pastry shops nearby and other resturants. The roof top area was nice to relax for the sunset. They have plenty of space and service was good. The breakfast was also quite good and the staff very professional and attentive. They have a nearby gym to transport you to that was very nice.

No pool. But don't always need one. Miscommunication at roof top bar regarding their Happy Hour. The staff member didn't handle it correctly.

This is a very good hotel. I stayed in a master room and would choose a normal room next time. The master bedroom is in the back and sort of feels like crypt. That said, it's dead quiet. The rooftop bar is superb. Epic views of the Mekong.

They were a little disorganized at breakfast... but it's a very very young staff. The hotel is on the main river thoroughfare with non-stop loud traffic. That said, it's also on the main thoroughfare with a river walk.

Our Executive room #508 was a good size with great views of the water. Everything worked well - wifi, aircon, plenty of hot water, twice daily house cleaning. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The courtesy Tuk Tuk an added bonus which we made use of, though could be a bit tricky for 6foot plus passengers as seats so low to the floor. We were given a late check-out for free as well. Would definitely return to this Hotel.

This comment is not a dislike but more a preference - breakfast room (windowless and at the back of the property) would’ve been much nicer in their cafe section at the front of the Hotel - much warmer and pleasant atmosphere.

Loved this hotel. We booked it last minute and thought it was excellent value for money (probably one of the best of our entire trip in south east Asia) As soon as we walked in the door it felt luxurious. We were offered a beer that was made by the hotel brand as a welcome drink and given an overview of the area etc. the hotel uses an app for everything from requesting water be refilled to booking a free ride with the electric tuk tuk. The staff were so responsive. Any requests were met immediately. The room itself was spotless and had a great view - felt very luxurious. The rooftop bar had great cocktails and tapas. I would recommend to anyone wanting a little bit of luxury in a central location

Nothing- it was all amazing

Very clean and comfortable hotel with polite and helpful staff. Our room had a firm bed with good pillows, ensuite bathroom with a strong shower. There was a varied breakfast menu and each dish was flavorful. A hotel tuktuk was available to bring guests to nearby places. Near the hotel are small restaurants, 7-11 and a pharmacy.

The acomodation, room, breakfast and location too. Plus, the Hotel KVL Team was amazing and attending the guest in all the moment.

Great hotel, top location, upgraded room from city view to river view, roof terrace has wonderful views and staff are as attentive as they could possible be

City view room on second floor faced a concrete wall a few metres away and the dead pigeon on window ledge a bit of a disappointment. Paid extra and had river view. Great! It’s expensive and has the same character as all similar hotels throughout the world. Inside we could have been anywhere!
