The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to reach. It’s a simple and functional place—ideal for a short rest before continuing your journey. Breakfast was decent, nothing extraordinary, but good enough to start the day. A Lidl supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away if you need any essentials. There’s a bus stop about 5 minutes from the hotel that connects to Venice, but it’s not a direct line—you’ll need to transfer to another bus or train. Alternatively, Bus 2, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, takes you directly to Venice. We used Park 5 for parking. You just need to reserve a spot a day in advance and use a QR code for both entry and exit, which worked smoothly.

Clima was not working perfectly and the water pressure at the tap was not strong

I stayed at Airmotel because my previous booking was cancelled at the last moment. I needed a place with parking and a reasonable price, which was very difficult to find in Italy in May, just two days before my trip. I was a bit worried about how a motel next to the highway would be, and honestly, its exterior is not its best feature. However, I truly recommend Airmotel to everyone who comes to Venice by car. The location is excellent – it's practically right by the highway exit, but it's not noisy at all. To get to Venice, you only need to change one or two buses, and the hotel provides all the instructions you need. There's also a supermarket not far away. The staff (I believe they are a family) are very friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they have a lot of experience in this business. I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice. The rooms are huge and very clean. Everything works perfectly.

The only minor issue was that opening the door with the card key was a little frustrating, as it often took more than one try.

The hotel is in Mestre and is probably a 1/2 hour bus ride into Venice. Staff was friendly and the room was fine. It is near the bus line and a supermarket. At certain hours, there is 1 bus that goes directly to Pizzale roma. At other hours, you need to change to a 2nd bus. The return requires either 2 or 3 buses depending on the time of day or night. It worked out fine after learning the system. The price was very reasonable for the location. Breakfast was fine with cereal and hard eggs and watermelon. There was no hot eggs.

The location is great for those who travel by car: not far from the autostrada and with a free parking lot. The bus stop is nearby and the Mestre center is also well-accessible by foot. The room was clean and the furniture was all-new. Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. There is a possibility to buy the Venice tourist card or bus tickets directly at the desk.

Clean, lots of towels 😄, working A/C, hair dryer, small refrigerator, nice staff. Free parking, grocery store (Lidl) and bus stop very close. Easy to arrive by car, just a few turns from the highway. (Waze takes you to the larger hotel next to it. You just need to skip the last right turn and take the next one (it's like 30m further away),. There you can already see the hotel and don't need waze anymore.) Electicity is switched on by the key card of the room, so you cannot leave the aircondition on. You can use a bus ticket as well to switch the power on, but if you leave it like that, room service will remove it. 😁 You can still use this while you are going to the grocery shop and come back or take a walk in the evening...

I booked a room with two single beds (for me and my daughter), the confirmation said one room with a double bed. I wrote them to correct this, they confirmed the single beds. At arrival it seemed fine: one double and one single bed in the room. Only at night, when we wanted to go to bed we realized there were no bedsheets on the single bed. So we slept in the double bed for the first night. Next morning I asked for bedsheets for the single bed, they said my reservation was for a double bed, and so, no extra bedsheets. But when I told them how it was, they checked it and found out I was right, and arranged the extra sheets. So not a big issue, just a small inconvenience, and it was solved quickly.

Great hotel for a stop off to Venice. Lovely warm welcome on arrival by staff and very helpful with getting us into Venice by bus. You can buy tickets at reception with cash.l, bus stop just around the corner. Rooms comfortable and clean, plenty of towels, hairdryer and with air con and great breakfast.

The room is spacious, and the location is convenient for reaching Venice. The bathroom is nice. The staff was very kind in explaining whatever I asked and providing me with all the information I inquired about.

It's a bit hard to find the hotel because the entrance was somewhat hidden, requiring you to pass by a gas station. Google Maps actually showed me the destination as another hotel right next to this one. The bed sheets didn't seem very clean, and the elevator is quite small, perhaps typical for Italy. Wi-Fi is not always working; there are a lot of drops.

A month ago we stayed in a hotel for 5 days. The stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and tidy. The bus station for Venice is very close and bus and boat tickets can be bought at the reception. We felt very welcome and the friendly manager gave us a gift on our way home. I definitely recommend this hotel and I hope we will come there again.

Large room, clean and well equipped. Large Italian rain shower. Excellent air conditioning, very silent, slow airflow but very effective. Fantastic personnel. Very supportive providing detailed information abour reaching destinations, friendly, fluent in French and English, a real pleasure. Close to public transportation. Parking possibilities. Fast electric car charger. Super convenient to reach Venezia avoiding the crowd (and the price) of the city. You can buy bus and waterbus tickets (also multi-day cards) at the reception with no surcharge, very convenient !

It´s a simple hotel. No minibar nor water kettle nor safebox in the room - but if you need anything the personnel will assist you very efficiently. They offer few important things and these are solid good. It is located in a non particularly charming part of the city (although you have several restaurants and pizzerias at walking distance) - but it is very well connected to other parts of the city - If you go to Venice you do not spend the day in the hotel anyway. The breakfast is also quite simple, all what you need but not more.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. Every guest matters!

The location to the Venice is a bit distant with changing of two buses, out of which one goes every 30 minutes. It requires daily planning in both ways. However, the stay was very pleasant and absolute value for the money paid.
