Staff was lovely on arrival and actually received enough milk for evening cuppa tea and morning coffee

Maybe would’ve preferred to see a more solid lock on the inside of door. I was staying in a strange town, on a busy road without my husband, so that’s my only suggestion, but to reiterate the lock did work, it just didn’t appear strong enough, thus it created the doubt

Very helpful friendly staff. Good sized room with a great shower in the ensuite.

Listing said free wi-fi included but the information book in the room explained how to go to the reception and buy internet access. Wasn't a huge deal as I just hotspotted off my phone.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The decor was a little bit dated but beautifully cared for. Everything was fresh and clean. Give me this grand mature lady over sleek, modern and tiny any day! The landscaping was beautiful and the roses divine!

Good sized room with queen and standard beds. Very comfortable, heating good. Easy parking and close to local shop. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to the sporting precinct (my reasons for stay)

A little dated in decor and style. Minimal crockery. A long distance from centre of city if don't have own transport.

Hot water noise but believe it`s getting change The window in the bathroom needs a darker blind for the morning sun, so you can leave the sliding door open it make a noise when using it.

Everything was clean and tidy outside around the property as well as inside the rooms. The owners were lovely. Will return next time we are up that way. Shower head in our room was also awesome!!

Road noise late at night was a little loud for us, but we are also from the bush with no road noise at all near us so I’m tipping we are over sensitive to that.

A great motel with nice big rooms, 5-7mins drive north from the centre of Shepparton. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again

The room was clean & comfortable. Easy check-in, owner, was friendly and helpful with fixing the TV. There is plenty of parking space.

Need a better play area for children under 5 years old, as the slide was too high & only 2 swings & not enclosed.

Advertised as having a restaurant but doesn’t. We were relying on an in house meal when we arrived rather than having to drive to a venue for dinner.

The rooms were very clean with a nice neutral smell. The beds were fairly comfortable but definitely recommend your own pillow if you have neck/back issues (personal preference) Zoe was just a delight to deal with. Will be staying again if we are back in the area again.

The rooms were a little dated but still had plenty of modern conveniences added so no real issue.
