Embrace the Italian living with this great two bedroom apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, I enjoyed staying there very much! The balcony is so much fun. It's completely around the apartment. You have a panoramic view of the square, where the church stands, and the mountain. There is table at the balcony and some lying chairs. It is a very large balcony, really nice to relax. Just a stone's throw away, there are terraces, quaint shops, and the coast. Santa Margherita Ligure is a little town but very lively! A convenient supermarket lies 400 meters away. Transportation is a breeze. it's very easy to go with a bus to Portofino and other picturesque locales nearby. It's also very relaxt to go by train to Genoa, or smaller towns like Recco and Camogli (great place to btw) It's a great place to explore the Ligurian Riviera.

We just stayed there one night and everything was fine. We loved the place. Location is good for travelers who is taking way by car. clean rooms and has nice yard. Also breakfast rather enough. We used place for visit to Naples. Also there is place for parking car.

it was little bit hard to find the place. According to google maps location is not correct. before from last turn on the main way inside village you should enter he left from the little street which is covered by stone.

Friendly reception office, got a map of Lucca and recommendations for places to visit, good location with own parking on site and only 10min. of drive to center of Lucca. Room and bathroom are renovated. Great breakfast included. For the price it was excellent choice.

You can hear a lot of noise trough the door to the room, but fortunately other guest were not so noisy. It is old building so no elevator and stairs to third floor quite challenging with the luggage.

Comfortable, clean room, equipped with everything you need (hairdryer, minibar, parking space). The big plus is the mosquito net in the windows, I love it! Staff is very nice and helpful. We were given a map with the monuments of Lucca, as well as a list of local restaurants and bars recommended by the owner. Italian breakfast - tasty, and the delicious cappucino! The only minus is the lack of public transport at the night, but it does not depend on the owner (for people with a car, there is no problem due to such a cheap parking spots right by the center of Lucca). Great place, especially as a base for trips around Tuscany.

Nice place, clean, really nice and friendly staff which gave good advice about parking in pisa and where to eat In Lucca.

The outside area could use an upgrade with some trees and plants to give some shadows and also would give the place a more courtyard feeling - the house is really nice renovated but the outside area doesn't match the house

Very friendly, courteous and solution-oriented staff. We were recommended the best beaches, places and restaurants upon arrival - all subjective of course, but worth it. Breakfast was from the supermarket, sure, but it was lovingly prepared and very varied. There is a courtyard with a pool and parking spaces.

In our rooms the safes were missing and the locks of the doors were as old as we were together. So we had all the valuables with us at all times.

The location is beautiful. There is private parking. A nice pool for a swim. The rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast was literally amazing with so much variety. For that price a night definitely worth all of it! No AC in the room. Inside was warmer then outside

Very charming, outside of town, great for adventurous and cultured travelers looking for authenticity. Simple, but nice breakfast, coffee, small “minibar” offerings, beer, soda, etc… Friendly house dog and lazy cat.

Google maps will lead you to the opposite side of the building where there are many small houses next to the B&B building. So go to the other side where road is unpaved and you will see the B&B sign. I found my key in an envelope in the key box outside. Room was clean and tidy with a water heater to make your coffee/tea. Breakfast has many options from croissants, cakes, jams, bread, meat, cheese, coffee, cereal & juices.
