I worked as a front desk agent for six years with Marriott and Hilton, including the Hilton Garden Inn in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Your hotel truly stands out above the rest. Efficient and friendly staffs. When checking in, their computer system broke down and our reservation was lost. It took about 30 minutes to be able to check in. However, the front staff gave us a discount for the room and added breakfast for free. All in all, things went well and we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms and particularly the walkin shower was a great feature

I don’t know if you take on asylum families but the lobby was full of what looked like asylum people and the younger ones were tearing around the checking in area Nothing wrong with helping a soul out but these folks seemed a bit out of hand

We were in and out of there pretty quickly, arriving around 8pm and leaving at 6am, so I can't talk up the amenities. However, since we were staying there before a 12 night vacation, the parking was free for the first 10 days, we only had to pay for 2 days of parking our car there. They offered a free shuttle to and from the airport, so it was pretty convenient.

The location was perfect to get to to the Casino for a concert, the free shuttle was wonderful, we didn't have to worry about parking, ect The staff was so accommodating, nice and very professional!

Great value for traveling. The ability to park my car there, get a free shuttle to the airport, return and get a free shuttle back to my car at the hotel was wonderful. It made our trip so much easier.

Someone left the a/c on in the room, even though it was -10 outside. It was about 60 in the room when I got in. Once I figured out why it was so cold, it took a while to warm up.

Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast, but cocktails & appetizers downstairs were terrific.. didn’t care the grilled zucchini wrap I brought to my room. Staff were Rock Stars!

The rooms was clean , we stayed here several times always happy with the rooms, also with cameras in parking lot is nice.

Be nice if had a Noon check out time as some times we do not get there till fairly late,

We were grateful there was a full breakfast our first morning as we had come in very late the nigth before. The shuttle service was outstanding. Prompt, friendly and for us, saved us as we had several trips back and forth to resolve flight issues.
