The hotel looks very new, clean and nice. The area it's in is very quiet. I had a studio room and it was great. Had everything we needed for a 6- night stay. The bed was comfortable. They only provide cleaning services every few days, unless you ask for more frequent, but that didn't bother us. All the staff we encountered were helpful and kind, and they even gave us access to our room many hours before check-in time, which was great for us.

The only issue with the hotel is the location. It's about a 5-7 minute walk just to get to a mode of transportation. It's about a 40 minute walk to reach the center. We booked this hotel because the reviews were good and the rooms were much bigger than hotels in the center, but the other side of that is being kind of far from everything. We used ubers/bolts to get around, however unlike other major cities, you generally have to wait like 10 minutes to get the car. If you want to be closer walking distance to the main areas/sites of Amsterdam, this is not a good hotel for you.

The location is beautiful on the waterfront overlooking Amsterdam. The hotel interior is beautiful with tall ceilings and a gorgeous restaurant. They also provide free access to their spa and gym. We were able to have access to the spa privately which was incredible with a sauna, steam shower, cold bath, and treatments available. They also provide free bikes which we used to bike around Amsterdam and enjoy the city. Pretty close to the city center - 10 min bike. HIghly recommend! The rooms were very big with a kitchen and living room and comfy beds. We loved our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. From the outset the team were inviting and accomodating, allowing us to rest on arrival after 24 hours of flying. The rooms are incredibly creative and inviting. There is everything you could need. We stayed for 2 nights and even left our passports by accident, the team quickly notified us and returned these to us. It was incredible service and having a restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinners was amazing. The location is perfect for those looking to be away from the hustle and bustle. However, getting a taxi or complimentary bike from the hotel will see you in the city in 5-10 minutes. Thanks for an amazing stay in Amsterdam guys!

The hotel was like a little home away from home. My partner and I loved our stay. Very clean room and comfy bed. We were impressed with the design and amenities, you could tell there was extra thought down to the quality snacks in the mini bar. We enjoyed the facilities and the food at the restaurant was delicious. But above all, the staff really exceeded our expectations, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. For that alone, we’ll definitely be back!

We loved everything about our stay and the hotel. If we had to pick something, it would be that the bedroom windows facing toward the reception and restaurant should be tinted so you can’t see in from the public view. But we just kept our blinds shut and enjoyed the other view to the canal.

The service in the restaurant was really bad. The food was good but the wait staff was inattentive, just getting water refilled required customers to get up and ask for service. We walked up to the cooking staff to request additional mayonnaise for our French fried potatoes when we were unable to get our waiter’s attention. A 10 minute wait for the waiter to take a breakfast order when only two tables had customers is unacceptable. Out group of ten often went to other restaurants instead of eating in the hotel restaurant because of our multiple bad experiences with the service. The housekeepers for room 209 neglected to replenish toilet paper when replacing the towels. That really should be included in big AND little cleans.

Beautiful building. Very clean and well designed. Our apartment was spacious, well thought out and with a lovely river view. Son made great use of the in-house gym and sauna/stream room. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Transport links were excellent - bus took about 8mins to central station- and you can cycle it in about the same time on the cycle path. Hotel loans bikes out for free which was a fab way to see the area. Lots of bars and restaurants on the high street about a 5mins walk from the hotel. Perfect place for us to stay and enjoy Amsterdam.

-Gianluca, at the front desk, was so friendly and efficient! -Quietness of the room: it felt as if we had been alone in the building. -Room cleaning was only every few days and that works well for us. -Kitchenette well equiped (with dishwasher, even): cool for us, as we like to have breakfast before showering and dressing. We also easily cooke the occasional evening meal. -Ample stock of bicycles to borrow from. We ended up biking 10 minutes to the nearest direct line into the city and continued from there by tram. Worked out well.

-Room table seating had only two chairs. We would have liked to regroup for a meal with our two travel mates from another room, but that was not possible. -Bed didn't work for me, I kept waking up several times in the night. For some reason, I had trouble finding a comfy position, which is unsual for me in hotels. -Restaurant staff could have been friendlier. -Not much to do in the area around the hotel. -What isn't expensive in Amsterdam these days? Still, all in all, price felt a bit highish.

I guess it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in this year in Europe. It’s located 30 mins from the airport by car and 40 mins from the city centre on foot. It’s right on the beach with an amazing view over the bay / port. The rooms are clean and well equipped. I liked the interior and colours a lot. You can cook at your room but it’s still a hotel with laundry, gym and wellness facilities. I liked that I could ask for an iron and some coffee capsules and everything was brought right to my room. The hotel has a gym. It’s not big but it contains of almost all needed equipment. There are some group activities as well. Finally you can rent a bake and have a rode around the city. The price is included. There is a hotel parking you can use. I have not tried the restaurant and breakfast options but it’s there. So, it was a very comfortable and nice stay with all necessary facilities and friendly staff.

Maybe it’s because we came at the end of the touristy season but some bikes that were rented to us (for free) had minor issues (usually with the speeds setting). They accommodated us and we changed bikes when possible. The frame of the bed is a lot of fabric. Could be a negative since harder to clean between guests but did look super clean when we stayed there.
