- Was higher up then the main town so it was nice and quiet. - the bedroom with a bathroom was very spacious which is good - the air con worked very well and the fridge was a plus

- the breakfast included was very simple and not very nice (it was just a machine coffee and brioche croissant from a packet) - the coffee machine was also only on at a certain time so you could only have your breakfast during that time for example we had a train at 7am so wanted coffee at 630am but we’re not allowed. - the rooms was very damp.

It was up the hill a little from the bustle of the town and the marina. We booked only the day before because of a mess up with a booking made months ago but we had no problem here. Check-in was easy, communication was good and we were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check-out.

The decor is nothing fancy and the small room fridge didn’t seem to work.

Bed, coffe from the machine in the morning, the position. We used it only for one night after walking the Alta Via. For us it did the job really well.

I read many review about the bad smell and we did NOT experience that maybe because of the summer season. It is true the bedroom did not have a window/view but it did not matter to us for a one night stay.

Zara was extremely hospitable, professional, helpful and welcoming. Even though we arrived early she was ready to accommodate us and help us. She was by far the best host in all the 5 different accommodations we stayed at throughout our trip. Zara adds value to this lovely little place. The bed and pillows were comfortable, AC, mini fridge, water pressure was great, drinking water and coffee always available, and the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Riomaggiore. The room although a little outdated in design has everything you need for a perfectly comfortable stay. We would definitely come back here! Thank you Zara!

Our room was spacious, well ventilated and had a great view from the windows. The bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. An affordable and accomodating stay in Riomaggiore :)

Up the end of the hill but comfy and well priced We’re kind enough to move us to a upper room as we were staying 3 days Helpful lovely staff, clean rooms

Location is perfect, even though there is hill to walk up. The room is cosy and clean. Nice decorations in lobby. There is laundry cleaning a few minutes Downhill, help a lot during two weeks of travelling. Host is very nice. We enjoyed the stay

Wish could be a bit sound proof. But does not really bother us. People are polite and not really make much noise during quite time

No place to store baggage when we needed to switch hotels. The credit card did not work onsite and had to pay cash. My credit card did not have any issues elsewhere.

The staff was really nice and the location was great, along the main road but a little further than the restaurant/touristy part. It also had a coffee machine which we could use for free in the morning.

The check-in hours were pretty limited.

Ideal location in the village, big room! Just in front is a very nice and delicious place to take breakfast in or to go!
