Beds slept wonderfully. All staff were very attentive and supportive. Location was ideal, close to airport. Shuttle driver was prompt, cordial, and efficient at getting us to our flight in 10 minutes.

While housekeeping crew were friendly, hard working, and very dedicated in performing their tasks, it was frustrating that they could not speak basic English to guest for simple requests. Continental breakfast options were minimal.

My brief, one-night stay at Rate Comfort Inn New Orleans Airport South in February 2024 was awesome! Check in was easy and quick. I did not need a car since using Uber/Lyft. Room was clean and perfect. Lighting was great. Shower was good and bed was nice. It's right there on the boundary of the airport just 8 mins from the terminal. For a quick stay, no problems at all and not complaints!

Peaceful, quite, and convenient to the airport. My husband and I had just gotten back from a cruise and was very exhausted. The front in staff allowed a early check-in and we was very greatful.

We had a very hard time getting restaurants to deliver to this location for some reason. Called several places but no one would deliver.
