We have stayed at Hyatt multiple times and love it. It is one of the best places to stay for the price. Friendly staff, hot shower, good facilities and close to lots of restaurants and things! We love it here.

My only qualm that keeps my review from being a 10 is the fact that we are not told about the $50 security deposit. It is not included with bookings “taxes and fees” and when it happened the first time, my card ended up being locked by my bank. And this is not terrible, but I wish the staff was on the same page about parking. You use the room key to get in and out, and when you leave, you drop them in the box. This was not told to us the first time so we had to pay twice for parking.

The breakfast was very nice! We were happy there was oat milk since we were all lactose intolerant. The room was nice, the shower faucet quality was excellent, which may seem like a minor thing but most hotels' shower faucets are whacky. The size of the room was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the desk space. I mainly booked for the security on site. We felt safe.

I was charged for parking but we never used the parking garage. Both nights we parked in the handicap spaces in front of the hotel because we had an ADD handicap ticket. Also the pull-out sofa bed's sheets hadn't been changed because there were chip crumbs on it and some around the sofa. Other than that, the room was spotless.

We were in Atlanta to spend the weekend antiquing. As it turned out there was a winter storm which happened the night we arrived. The next day everything was closed-restaurants, shops, etc. since Atlanta rarely gets snow and ice they do not have street clearing equipment. We were stuck at the hotel for one whole day. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful that they made the day pleasant despite the fact that we could not go anywhere. Kudos to them.

I have stayed in this Hyatt Place before. For the most part the place is well thought out. My biggest complaint is the tiny bathroom. It is hard to maneuvere in.

Very friendly staff. Pearl was awesome! Quiet rooms. The hotel is a bit dated, but is clean and very central to many restaurants and Piedmont Hospital. They have a Piedmont rate, which is great, and the parking fee is very reasonable. The Italian restaurant right out the back door is wonderful & so convenient after a day's driving! Also the housekeeping staff have always been friendly and speak English. The front desk staff and folks at the little bar have always been friendly and fun to talk to. We really enjoy staying here.

The breakfast is mediocre. We have stayed here many times & it is just ok. Seems to be the same issues each time. Sometimes the dishes were dirty that were in the clean piles. Hardly any silverware - some of it also dirty and often the tables need to be wiped down before sitting. They had plastic utensil sets instead, which were flimsy. When something ran out of stock, you have to go to one of the front desk people, as no one seems to monitor the buffet after it is set out. The sausage looks hardly cooked, the waffles also look hardly cooked, & the scrambled eggs are mushed to tiny little crumbs. It all tasted ok, but didn't look appetizing at all. Still, the pluses here outweigh the breakfast issues.

The room itself and the hotel location was excellent. I will definitely consider staying here again just for that reason. We also liked the convenient parking facility which we had access to (able to come and go) for a single nightly fee.

The staff was somewhat lacking. They took "Care of Business" but were slow and not very personable. They didn't give any details about breakfast and there were also issues with the parking garage. AGAIN, this was somewhat minor compared to the hotel itself and breakfast which was very good. The only other issue was the OUTSIDE noise which I Know the hotel had no control over. Seems they were racing up and down Piedmont Road or Peachtree Road until after 2 AM. Certainly caused sleeping issues.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I truly felt welcomed by them. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were super soft. The breakfast was delicious. Everyday they had a selection of cereal, bagels, toast, eggs, sausages, oatmeal, home style potatoes, tortillas with salsa, cheese & bacon and French toast or waffles. There is a pool that my daughter swam in almost the entire time we were there. The pool did need to be cleaned the first day but after that it was nice. There was also plenty of seating with shade. And a beautiful garden area for sitting in the back.

Although the hotel was non smoking they still chose to accommodate smokers with an area in front of the hotel so every time you walked in front it reeked of cigarettes. There was a microwave downstairs but none in the room. Parking was in a separate building across from the hotel and you did have to pay a daily parking fee. The actual bathroom area was kinda small.

The location was excellent. The breakfast and the staff was phenomenal. Next time I have to try the pool and the exercise room. The breakfast had a choice of hot and cold. The variety was delicious. I loved the fresh real eggs, meat and potatoes. Also the yogurt, granola and fresh fruit. The apple juice and orange juice was nice too. I am thankful for the lady manager helping me with my reservation as well!! You are amazing and awesome!! Thanks

I did not like the parking. I did not like that I had to pay $10 a day taken out of my $100 security deposit. I did not have a major credit card. This hotel does not accept cash app cards, zelle, chime or any pre paid cards. It has to be a major credit card or a card linked to your bank. The parking deck is not connected to the hotel. It was an inconvenience for me to park and then walk down. It is best to check in first and take your bags to your room before parking. You will need your room key to get in and out the parking deck. You also have to park on certain levels.

We arrived early to enconter a problem with my check-in due to a change of dates. Jasmine was at the front desk and was extremely helpful, and so was the manager. They fixed the problem and allowed us to check in early. I really appreciated that since we had driven all night. Thank you!!

The downside is the breakfast time Mon-Thur. It's a vacation for most travelers, and getting a bit more sleep would be great . I stayed at other Hyatt, and breakfast was till 10. On some days, breakfast was overcooked. Need a waffle maker.

My room was a mini suite on the high floor, overlooking buckhead. Very clean room. The breakfast was superb. Staff were polite and responsive also very willing to help. I loved the GYM because physical exercise is important to me. I rarely left my room because of how comfy and cozy it was. I really loved it here. Very good value for money. I almost forgot to mention the shuttle bus that took you to anywhere you wanted to go within 2 miles radius of the hotel. I have forgot the name of the guy that drove me in the shuttle bus. I black guy from Louisiana. I think he is also a front desk officer. Great guy!!! He made the ride to lenox square fun.
