Staff on reception were VERY helpful; my husband and daughter arrived by bike and the staff allowed them to store their bikes for the week we stayed. Then, my husband needed to store his bike for a further week whilst we went travelling, the front reception desk staff arranged to store the bike for the two weeks. Couldn’t thank them enough! Apartment a nice size for four adults, the two bathrooms were helpful. We were two parents with two adult children. Good location, easily walkable to restaurants and the subway.

Nothing! The pool is tiny but that is seen in the images provided so wasn’t a surprise.

It’s a serviced apartment, you basically get a condo unit with daily cleaning and security. Near to Robertson Walk, which has a bunch of eateries. Also, there’s a 7-eleven nearby.

I booked this stay for my fiancée’s family under my name and they all provided their passport at check-in for the guard/receptionist on duty. However, the next day one overly eager security guard was asking me what I was doing there (when I went to meet them) and why my passport hadn’t been registered. I explained, but she kept stopping us at every time we entered or went out, asking the same questions, made us feel uncomfortable. She kept watching us on CCTV and barging towards us every single time, really making the stay awkward. I think overall this place is a bit too pricey, but it’s Singapore. Also, a bit too far from the MRT, 15 minutes walk.

The property is in a quiet location but close enough to reach everything you need, such as the quay, the restaurants, the Fort Canning Park, the MRT station, Chinatown is only one stop away. The price is very competitive esp when you travel with family and need more than one bedroom in Singapore. The in-room washer&dryer is a bonus. The free wi-fi is good speed. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay. Will come back if travel with family.

The room facility is pretty basic. The main bedroom is good enough. But the second bedroom is very tiny. The shared bathroom is very small.

Everything was good, there’s wash machine with 100% dryer so we can do our laundry just fine. There’s 1 bathroom with the hot water not work at second floor and i’m still confused ‘bout the form that i need to fill when i check in. That i need to write down my CC number with the CVV. ‘Cause coincidentally my CC got fraud?scam? There’s a transaction on my CC nearly half of my limit. Maybe there’s another option for deposit when others check in for better accommodations.

I appreciate the location because it is close to restaurants and public transportation; it is not in the heart of the CBD but is just the appropriate distance from everything. The area is quiet and safe. Our room has everything we need for our trip. The employees were friendly and courteous. Our room is usually clean, and they keep an adequate supply of bathroom tissue, which I particularly appreciate. All appliances in the room were fully functional, and they had equipped the kitchen with an adequate supply of cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The back door to the washing machine area could have had a privacy blinder or curtain. I was surprised to see someone standing near the AC compressor, where our room's living room was completely visible from the outside. They could have supplied a tiny tub because the toilet does not have a sprayer.

Great location , very close to Clarke Quay & MRT station. Great dining & drinking options right next door including 7*11 .. Everything was good about the proposal ..to start with my town house suite was clean ..All staff is very good , very sweet & friendly .. Especially Willy in housekeeping is too too good .. he’s very good at his job , very friendly & accommodating kind man … the reception staff is very helpful & friendly for anything u ask them. entire townhouse suite area inside was spacious unlike other places in Singapore.

Wish there was a facility where vessels could be cleaned by staff daily . And EARLY check in facility !

The aparthotel was situated closer to the central areas than i thought, yet out of the hustle and bustle which was nice. There is a 7/11 around the corner and a MRT station about 7 min away. The apartment was clean and spacious and the receptionist was very helpful and is available 24 hours. Toiletries were also provided and the apartments are serviced. There is a fridge and a washing machine which was convenient.

The apartments are not serviced over weekends but when i wanted it done on Monday, i was told that they did not do so on Monday either. The lounge carpet could use a cleaning. Not much to watch on the tv channels provided.

The location is good, staff is friendly, apartment is big and well maintained.

For a small family, other options maybe more pocket friendly. If you are a couple there can be smaller apartments also available in other locations, which are priced lower. This is very good for a family mostly. Also, Indian food options are not available at walking distance. Though mrt is just 600m which is great. Also the locality is really nice

For the price I paid this hotel was fantastic. Very clean. Close to many sights and shops. Room cleaning was done nearly every day. Spacious apartment. The kitchen had everything you needed. The washing machine was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt very at home. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it had two bathrooms which was excellent. The bathrooms were both very clean. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good apartments hotel. Fully separated bedroom, living room, kitchen. Spacy, high ceiling. In modern multistorey building. Helpfull stuff, always front desk. Apt. is good equipped, washing machine helps.. Location is great: Fort Canning and River Front. Plenty of cafes, pubs. Excellent supermarket in UE Sguare Mall nearby. I recomment to have a walk along the river to the Bay.
