The hotel was super clean with helpful staff. The hotel quality in total was better than its price. Also, the breakfast was very fenomenal and delicious with various hat and cold meals.

The small old elevator, which we could not fit easily the baby stroller in it with two adults. Also the hotel location is far from the city center but accessible with public transportation.

The room. Was comfortable and spotless and clean. The common areas were pleasant.. It is much nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. The bed was super comfortable I also liked that McDonald's is direct in front of the hotel allowing me to have a hot drink in my room before bed. It was super convenient.

Parking even for a blue badge holder was. Charged. The breakfast was a disappointment considering the high cost. Most things were there but the taste was not. I did not enjoy my breakfast at all. Generally the staff who were looking after us during our visit were efficient but none had any joy in their work. It felt sad and I minimized my interactions so as not to feel their irritation.

Bar open in the evening with beverages and food available for both adults and children. Calm area surroinding the hotel. Kind and helpful staff during check in/out and meals. Conference facilities also present. Comfy, clean room with soft beds and tea/coffee facilities. McDonalds and BurgerKing across the street. Good and tasty choice for breakfast. Social space well organised. Free tourist guides to read and take away with you. You could buy souvenirs from Mainz on the spot or drinks/snacks in the machine too. Excellent overnight transit place.

AC wasn't working, but it wasn't hot anyway and the hotel provided free parking instead 👍

Car park clearly too small for the amount of guests we had to park away from the hotel but staff did show us. Strange green light flashing in the room, easy to cover. Long dark corridors. Carpets were worn

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern rooms - very comfortable firm beds. Good shower , clean bathroom. Wifi is okay, not too fast, but it works. Located close to the highway, so easy to reach. Great for stop over. McDonalds and Burger King are both 1 minute walk, so food is nearby.

10 euro per day for parking......

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, the bathroom is not too small. The staff are really friendly. You can find a big market close if you need to buy anything special.

Although the air conditioning was out of function, the staff explained it and apologised, and waived the parking fee of 7 EUR. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower clean and spacious. All in all, we did not expect anything much, but the hotel was genuinely nice! The coffee maker was also a nice and unexpected touch. Thank you for a nice and refreshing overnight stay.

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. You'll find parking spaces in front of the hotel. Big rooms with a lot of space to store your belongings. Free safe is very good.

The rooms have carpets, which i don't really like, because you can see some dirt on it. Very few parking spaces for a hotel situated outside of the city center.

There were not enough parking spots for the customers and the situation to find a parking, if arriving late, was very complicated. Breakfast room on our first morning was just a huge mess, without any staff around for 10 minutes.

Such great value. We stayed at a few hotels at this price point during our road trip and this was by far the nicest. The room was really comfy and the bathroom new and spotless. Nice to have a good sized table in the room as well. Handy to have a big shopping centre over the road.

Uninspiring from the outside, and location next to fast food restaurants not very picturesque. But the room was really good.
