I went out because I had lots 2 see & do. Museums , Specific shops, crystal store, & a t shirt place who just happened 2 be a couple blocks from hotel. Then shower get ready to go out for coconut shrimp on the water. That bathroom was a dream come true! Soaker tub & rain shower.

Loved DJ played some my requests. Pool needed to be bigger. Or maybe have kids away from bar, have their own pool. (with chairs) Lot of guests standing. No where 2 sit unless at the bar. Families selfish with towels laying on chairs we could have sat on. Kids were in pool the whole time.

We stayed during Thanksgiving week and new years the second time both times they kept $150 from my deposit the second time we stayed I asked the lady what would be the reasons for me not getting my deposit and she said it was totally refundable well I made sure I left everything clean and in it's place so I could get my deposit back and for NO reason they kept $150, the first time they kept over $150 the only thing we missed was taking swimming towels back that was about it so you pay $35 each day fee plus cleaning fee plus $150 extra for no reason that's why I didn't stay there for spring break

This was our first visit, and it certainly will not be our last. We spent three nights in town to attend the Miami Dolphins versus San Francisco 49ers game on December 22, 2024. The staff, from the front desk to valet and housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We resided in the north tower, which featured a small balcony offering stunning beach and ocean views. The room was remarkable, equipped with all the amenities we could possibly require. The location is ideal for walking to the beach or utilizing the bicycles available. Numerous shops and restaurants are conveniently within walking distance. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Blue Wave Argentinian Gastropub, located a few blocks from Costa, and Capones, situated directly across the street, was also excellent and remained open late. My only regret was having to return home; I eagerly anticipate our next visit. We lost the game but loved the trip!

Location. I have been staying here annually for approximately 5 years

No phone to reach the valet service. In the pass I just call valet and they were amazing. Now you need to call the front desk and at first they told me I would need to be there in person 🤨 to request my car. After I explained I was there for work and would need my car at 8 am every morning things worked out. Please give valet a phone

Nice room a little expensive but nice and love the balcony

Not great view on the balcony washer and dryer is basically worthless the shower heads are not strong enough and the shower is to small in my room and you need to clear up the parking fee cause I didn’t know until I signed in that they charge you almost 3 hundred dollars to park one vehicle and it takes for ever to get your car when you need it some of those workers are just standing and talking instead of doing there job

Location! Less than two blocks south of 5th St, just one block away from the beach. Quiet location, but still very close to the livelier blocks of Ocean Drive. We stayed in early September, so parking the car in the street was no issue - mind there is no private parking. We ended up using the car way less than we expected, as there's lots to do close by. Well maintained and with a modern boutique Hotel looks.

Everything was fine, just mind that the room might be on the small size for American standards - but still pretty large if you consider hotel rooms worldwide =)

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location, near the beach and the boardwalk. Roof top bar and pool are excellent. The food and service was very good at the bar. Magnificent views of the sunset and and of the beach. .

The beds sit too close to the floor. The beds are approximatly 15 inches to the top of the matress from the floor. About knee height. This would make it a little difficult for people who are older or have some impairment. I found it a little difficult to get out of bed myself. If you drive, be prepared to pay $46 dollars an night to park your car in valet. There is no other parking but valet parking.

We were looking for something close to the beach, clean, and updated. This resort met all three expectations! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Beach access was super close and included our towels and chairs. The rooftop bar made the best frozen drinks and the wait staff were quick to help with your order. The views up there were amazing for viewing the ocean or the intracoastal waters. There is a Tito’s market on the property that we were able to grab necessities for the room and beach.

Our room didn’t have the best views with the blinds open. All you could see was then next building over. We did not have a balcony room though. I believe we were upgraded to a larger room than what I booked, but it was just myself and husband. I would have rather been upgraded to a room with a view!

The rooftop bar and pool made the vacation! Everything we needed for a relaxing get away was all in one place. Free towels, great food and drinks, great service and a good time. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, the service at the rooftop restaurant was wonderful and the pool was clean and beautiful. Plenty of seating by the pool and the provided beach chairs were in the perfect location. The bikes offered by the hotel (not included but not expensive) we’re a convenient way to view the whole boardwalk while getting some exercise

My ONLY complaint would be the tile on the rooftop gets very slippery. I myself slipped almost falling a few times and also witnessed some people slipping especially walking from the pool to the jacuzzi

I love the Place is comfortable and the kitchen area was perfect. our views were the best part of the stay. we had sunset and it was better then going on the deck area. my only complain was that the floors were so dirty and they do not have cleaning staff unless we requested the same day we checked in.

We couldn't walk around the hotel room without shoes. the floors were dirty and no leaning products around. Its the only complain about our stay.
