Despite being on a country road it was well signposted and easy to find (we arrived in the dark). Provided parking was great although when we arrived back on the second night someone else had parked in the spot we were originally allocated which was annoying. We did park elsewhere, but I would have been happier if it was made clear form the start that we could use any pace (assuming this is actually the case). The room was clean and warm with good wifi (necessary because cellular service is pretty much non-existent). USB charging points were appreciated. The kitchenette had pretty much everything we needed, and the fridge was useful. Tea, coffee and milk sachets were provided, but obviously hadn't been checked before our arrival as the container was mostly filled with empty sachets which was annoying. We could have called someone I suppose, but it was late and just inconvenient rather than a major problem. It was surprisingly quiet and the blinds and blackout curtains worked well. The map in the room showing local towns and attractions was great. Overall despite a few small things I think this property offers excellent value for the location and facilities offered.

We booked a room with a seating area and this turned out to be a small bar in the kitchen with 2 stools side by side and facing the wall - I appreciate that every room is different but this wasn't really comfortable to eat at, so we ended up sitting on the bed to eat which wasn't ideal. Based on the photos we expected a small table and chairs. It's not a big deal, but better photos of the range of 'seating areas' would be more representative and help to avoid disappointment.

We liked all the amenities on offer at the guest house and the closeness to the theme park we went to was great as well, the secure parking was also excellent.

We unfortunately did not like the mattress on the bed, it either needs to be changed to a much harder mattress or refreshed if it is getting tired as it offered zero support for our backs. It was very late into the night when we actually came to sleep on it so didn't have a chance to ask about it. We also would of loved to of had either a small sofa or two single comfy arm chairs in the room too as the only place to sit apart from the bed was the two hard upright dining table chairs.

Lovely room, was very spacious. Bathroom was huge! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette meant we didn't have to eat out for every meal which saved us lots of money.

Parking can be a bit difficult to manoeuvre. However it is very secure behind a coded gate.

We stayed at Fornham Guest House after visiting Thorpe Park for the day. It was a 10 min drive from the park and very easy to find and well sign posted from the main road. The room itself was spotless and decorated beautifully. We had a small kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, a microwave and fridge. The room was well equipped with adequate plug sockets, a wardrobe, dressing table, TV and hair dryer. Beds were clean and comfortable. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We stayed there all evening and ordered a takeaway instead of going out as it was just so comfortable. The price was excellent and the cheapest accommodation I could find for miles but really it was worth so much more than we paid.

This guest house was conveniently located 5 minutes from our friends wedding venue. The hosts communicated in advance to check our arrival time. There was a PGA golf tournament on so parking was at a premium but they made sure to move cars and allocate us a space. The host even drove us to the wedding venue which was so incredibly kind! Despite the heat we slept really well. Compared to other accommodation costs in the area it was excellent value for money.

We couldn’t find a bin in the shared kitchen area so had to keep some empty bottles and takeaway containers in our room that were too big for the mini bin. I’m sure the host would have helped us but it was late… so this is more of an apology for the rubbish we left!

We've stayed here now a couple of times. Great size room, on-site secure parking, friendly and helpful staff, really comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The little 'kitchenette' is a great feature, having a fridge to keep drinks cool or a few snacks is incredibly helpful especially in the warmer weather. Fantastic location for thorpe Park

The 1 thing I would say as the only slight negative as a security conscious single woman travelling with a teenage daughter. Our room had a key pad entry.. When we arrived we were shown into our room and the code for the room was verbally confirmed in front of other guests. My only suggestion for the future would be that the code is either handed to you on a piece of paper or verbally confirmed in private.

We traveled as a couple with our young son. The price was good for what we got. The bed was comfortable, room size was good, the bath was great. The location is only for people traveling by car. Close to Thrope amusement park(which we didn't enjoy too much), also there are other attractions in the area.

Unfortunately the kitchenette didn't include oven or/and stove and also no additional sink so we only could use some plates and microwave, but not actually cook. There was no cleaning/ changing towels for our 3 nights stay, wasn't critical for us.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were large and very soft (maybe a little too soft for my taste) but my partner loved it :) I really appreciate the communication with the host, free parking in front of the room and the cot availability really made the difference too!

Little things maybe, like a little surface in the large bathroom where to put the washbags, a lamp on both bedside tables (a more conformable lighting set up in general).

Excellent little guest house ideally located for Legoland, Thorpe Park, Chessington and trips into London (we used Elizabeth line from West Drayton as plentiful parking at £6.50 all day) Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds, having the kitchenette was nice although fridge very small and didn’t seem to be very efficient, also missing a way to clean / dry the plates and cutlery, but this would be my only small suggestion for improvement Nice to also have gated secure car parking and a small outdoor area with table and chairs

Absolutely lovely stay. Host were very accommodating, we booked 2 rooms as we had our children with us and they gave us ajoining rooms so we were all close to each other. Very clean and the beds were comfy. The rooms were a fantastic size and it was so nice to have the option of a bath or shower. Even thought they do not offer breakfast(literally the only downside) there were plenty of facilities in the room to make breakfast. 100% would stop again
