Clean, functional, very close to Metro station Piazza Bologna, Conad juste beside; breakfast better than expected (not great but ok). Personally did not have any problems with hot water

The negative points from other travelers are right ("special" personal, you have to know how to take them; for older persons difficult to access (steps mandatory before to arrive to elevator) small room; not renovated but fully ok, music over the day). Nevertheless overall I give a good appreciation to counter a bit the in my view too negative comments from others. If you search a very nice hotel with your loved one, no this is not for you. If you search a clean, functional, not too expensive hotel in Rome without big expectations, it is good => good price-value relationship

The customer service was great. Front desk staff and housekeepers were very helpful. Thank you. There’s a great grocery store next to the hotel and various wonderful cafes and restaurants to choose from in the area. Metro station is a couple of blocks away.

Bathroom wreaked of bleach which spilled into the room. There were ants on the floor!! They hard a couple of ant traps which I’d never seen in a hotel room. The traps only do so much. It was unnerving since I didn’t have slippers or sandals and when Ingot up from the bed, I stepped on both dead and live ants.

The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and eager to help, the rooms are barebones but you have everything you need. Great location, great value for money.

The one thing I did not like was the music played in the corridors. I do not really get why they would play music early-ish in the morning, but you can really hear it in the rooms, especially because otherwise the rooms are so silent. It's an easy fix but I found it a bit bizarre.

It's a great value for solo travellers. Right near Bologna Metro station and in a clean neighborhood. Facility was adequate, washrooms were clean and stocked. They did offer breakfast but I could not get up early in the morning for it.

Bed was a bit small for an average person with 6ft height. Unfortunately the outside mezzanine floor makes noise everytime someone walks by and unfortunately in the morning it's especially bad when you can hear talking and people pacing back and forth.

The hotel has a great location. Literally a couple of steps away from the metro and supermarket. The room is small, the bathroom too, but quite comfortable to come back from a walk around the city, take a shower and get a good night's sleep. The room has air conditioning.

Not the slightest flexibility to check in a little earlier than the scheduled time. The TV was not switched on, I don't know whether the remote control didn't work or the TV itself, but it didn't bother me much.

Position with metro Bologna right in front of the hotel. Conad Supermercato in the same building, just great. Very clean, everyday fixing the room. Friendly staff. Breakfast diversified for a lot of tastes and correct for a 3 star. Wifi strong. A lot of good restaurants and terraces near the hotel in Piazza Bologna. A very elegant and clean neighbourhood. Universita Sapienza at the next metro station.

The elevator starts from the first floor, for big luggage could be a problem. It's old fashioned need an update. But very clean and the price is more than correct.

The hotel is right next to the B-line of the metro, so access to the city centre is very easy. The property was surprisingly attractive, and the room was in line with expectations at a 3*-property. Excellent ice cream just around the corner. Breakfast was OK. Overall, good value for money in an otherwise expensive city.

I was frankly quite satisfied with everything. There was nothing truly fantastic, but nothing wrong either.

Hotel is centrally located with bus and supermarket nearby.

There was no lift from the ground floor to the first floor so in case you have a big suitcase, it was such a challenge bringing your stuffs to your room. The aircon was not working properly but was actioned immediately by the hotel.

Perfect location, right next to the metro station. Clean rooms. Rich buffet breakfast. Kindly staff. Very good value for money in Rome.

In the bathroom, the cleaners only changed the towel that was left on the floor. (It wasn't written down.) Soft drinks at breakfast.

The location is right by a metro station (Bologna) so transportation was quick and easy. The hotels public spaces and hallway interior is pretty.

The single room pictures on the website are very misleading. My room had a single steel bed and one of those rock hard mattresses that makes a lot of noise when you sit or lie on it, I have no doubt the neighbours could hear it since I could hear them. I asked for a softer pillow from the reception desk, and the first lady seemed very annoyed at my request (a lil common in Italy with service personnel though) and said she would call someone. Nonetheless I didn’t get one, so I asked the receptionist who was there later in the day and he went to look for one for me, very kind of him. The breakfast is acceptable but very sugary. Nothing healthy available apart from apples; everything else was either white bread, fruit in syrup, dessert cakes or sugared croissants.
