Staff were lovely and I liked the location unfortunately they don't have parking and all parking near by is pay and display but there is a big car park down the road across from the Brandon hotel and has long term and short term parking for good prices.

The room was very small with the bathroom very close and only a sliding door between for not much privacy. The light in the bathroom is a sensor light that turns off very quickly after coming on so you have to keep moving around in the bathroom for it to stay on. There was a laundrette next door and the noises were very loud early every morning and there seemed to have been birds nesting in the building because there was birds feeding and being very loud in the mornings. Also the lift does not go from the ground floor to the lower floor for reception you need to go down a few steps which is not a hassle because they are not steep.

Excellent, central location- everything within walking distance, but somehow was still nice and quiet at night (even with the windows open!) Clean room, iron / good hairdryer / toiletries provided. Our bed was very comfy, but the kids complained about the bunks (they were probably being fussy though) so slept on their duvets on floor instead. Easy / quick check in. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t eat it but it smelled very good!

Shower was a bit temperamental- had to run the hot tap at the sink before the hot water came though in the shower but we had been warned about this at check in so knew what to do and it wasn’t really a problem!

very comfy bed, great price and location is right in town. the owner let us keep our bags in the lobby before we checked into a new place. we did not do the breakfast so can't speak to that.

The showerhead did not work at all. We had to shimmy the hose so that it sprayed at us. However, the water was hot so that was great. We didn't think it was necessary to tell the owner since we were there for just one night. The bathroom overall is a little outdated but the price for this stay was great!

Tralee Townhouse is very good value for money. The room may have been smallish, but perfectly adequate and well decorated, in fresh and clean paint and good en-suite. A very warm room even after turning the heating off. Michael was very helpful and a welcoming host. My husband had a really good full Irish breakfast for €12. As I had an appointment at the Bons I didn’t partake in breakfast. The Townhouse is a just over 5 minutes walk to the Bons so if you have an early appointment it is a great place to stay beforehand.

Very lovely and cozy hotel with great manager. Our room was small but had everything necessary. Our room had an electric heater which was really convenient, because we could just switch it on and off. There is hardly any parking by the hotel which I though would be a hassle, but as it turned out there is a big very upkept public parking lot (Prince's Street Parking for those looking) which had a dirt cheap long term parking.

The plumbing in the bathroom is in desperate need of maintenance and tweaking. The toilet tank takes forever to fill up, and sinks crane is set on fire hose strength so you have to open it really carefully.

Good central location. Friendly and helpful receptionist and I think it was the owner I saw on check out who was also charming. Rooms, athough simply decorated, were quite spacious and well equipped and, together with a very central location I thought this provided good value for money. We could have had breakfast at extra cost but opted to eat nearby - there was plenty of choice in walking distance and Tralee is a great base for exploring the beautiful Dingle Peninsula.

We struggled to park and had to drive around the immediate town centre twice before grabbing a spot close by, but this may have been just bad timing with local church service. WiFi was a little hit and miss - worked fine for just 2 out of 4 of us during our one night stay. If you don't expect much from the window view you won't be disappointed!

The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. Easy to check in and convenient to town. For the price, hard to complain.

The toilet had issues - it took like 10 minutes to refill the basin between flushes. It turned out that it was a plumbing issue not confined to our room though - they were going to have to call a plumber for the whole building so that may not have been a typical issue. Shower water took 5+ minutes to get hot though.

We checked in earlier than expected and were given the option for a different bedding style room if we were to check in early. We did and still were pleasantly surprised at this place. The location was perfect. Not far from the bus and train station and they had a bus stop quite near us as we were traveling to Dingle the next day. We ate at Finnegan's Bar and the bartender, Sean, made our day. For foreign visitors, he was the kind and funny Irishman we had imagined! There were restaurants and pubs close to this property which makes it great for a short stop or long stay!

The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and gave us recommendations, but was a bit curt. I am sure it was that he was quite busy, as people had checked out later than expected and we were early. Overall, the place was lovely!

Arrived later than expected, staff were more than helpful waiting for us on arrival, providing advice on a good restaurant and calling the restaurant to book a table for us. The room was comfortable with some nice touches (the ironing board incorporated into a drawer). The breakfast is extra but well worth it in our opinion. Super location in Tralee - no on site parking but there is plenty of parking capacity close to the Townhouse.

Central location, walking distance to everything you need. Parking was easy and relatively cheap. Room was spacious and very clean.

On the first night of our stay there was some kind of event in town and lots of noise from the street (and consequently not much sleep) until 4 am. I suppose that comes with the central location. Also, the booking confirmation clearly stated the check-in times. I didn’t like and didn’t think it necessary to be contacted four times (via mail and phone) about check-in procedures and times.
