Fabulous hotel. Amazingly comfortable and very clean room. Lovely staff. Easy safe parking. Stayed a Thursday and a Friday night. Asked for a quiet room. Thursday night was so peaceful. Woke up Friday morning to nothing but bird song and had breakfast in my room.

Friday night was similar until 3.20am, when a hen party descended on my floor. Banging of doors, in and out of rooms with shouting and screaming laughter. Ah, now I know why people comment on noisy weekends. What a pity as everything else was great. As a result, I've 'only' knocked a single mark off. Should have taken more but I enjoyed my stay.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed room is a good size for a family with young children needing space and the bed was comfy and spacious. lovely food and good breakfast.

the bedroom units had glass panels on top that moved at the slightest touch quite dangerous to have in a family room with young children, the bedroom door on the inside of the room didn't have a lock or chain to stop the door from being opened my 2 an half year old was able to open the door without an issue. the none slip bath mat also had mold on it at that stage I think it should be replaced.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the gentleman who greeted me on arrival on the evening of 31st March exceptionally so. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower worked well. I had a lovely view across the lawn to the field at the back. The Wi-Fi was very good. The room had a desk with chair and plenty of power points, including by the bed.

The towels were small and the pillows quite flat and hard. They had gluten free bread for me (I have coelics disease) but the scrambled egg on toast was so dry I couldn't eat much, the toast wasn't buttered and the eggs were overcooked.

I was disappointed with breakfast. I had the vegetarian because it’s all they could offer because of gluten allergies. There was no asparagus as on the menu. I had to hand in my own bread for the chef toast. I asked the waitress to let the chef know, the bread will burn very easily, please be careful with it. They burnt 4 slices of my bread. I ended up with nothing. Absolutely ridiculous when they were told be careful. I couldn’t tell you about the food in the restaurant and it wasn’t open. The bar menu didn’t have an option for me to eat anything because of allergies. I had to go elsewhere.

The breakfast. My poached eggs were hard. They also have ants all over the floor in the restaurant.

I never realised it before but they have their own water feature. Very cool. Majestic. Staff very extremely friendly and no request was a big deal. Entertainment in the bar was good. "A ginger with a guitar" a quote from the girl herself but she did a good performance. I just don't remember her name, she's a regular I would think. Seemed to have a fan club....Alli I think her name was.

I didn't like that the piano had a lock on it. I understand why. You've know idea how much a music teacher wants to play on a grand piano . They're not cheap to buy. Incase you're asleep upon check in the information on the signature key card is the WiFi code. I didn't understand that part.

The hotel is great, very modern and clean but has something of an historic feel to it too. I got a complimentary upgrade which created a great first impression. The junior suite was great and the bed was amazing. It's a great venue for a private function the rooftop terrace and bar was great. Really had a great night.

I'm not blaming the hotel as they have legal obligations to adhere to I'm sure but it was a pity that as residents we couldn't get a drink past 1.00am. We'd had a great night but another half an hour to an hour would have been perfect. But that's literally the only negative and not really the hotel's fault.

Could have more options for breakfast but what was on it was great very tasty, staff more then friendly and accommodating, said good morning everytime I passed came for a course and they were more then helpful with telling me where it was and looking up what exact room, bar service was a bit slow but staff very nice apart from one young boy who didn’t want to be there it was clear to tell and put us off the service didn’t want to deal with him as he was arrogant and seemed p*ssed off he had to be there. Room was very comfortable had all amenities cleaning staff were fab no complaints more thne obliging courtyard was fabulous and is very central to bus stops

Nothing, all was perfect

The room temperature, wifi, car parking, clean room, excellent reception staff

The breakfast was very ordinary, seemed to be preprepared, not cooked fresh. poached eggs were rock hard as was the bacon and over microwaved beans. The noise of people returning to their rooms on our last night from the corrider was very loud. We had to be up at 2am to go to the airport and there were about 4-5 disturbances from people talking loudly in the corridor getting into their rooms at different times. Once they were inside their rooms it was ok.

The room was a river view balcony, which was roomy and comfortable, clean, and pretty nicely laid out. There are a couple steps to get up to the sitting area/balcony, but nice to have a separate little area. Lovely to have the balcony to just take in the air, see the sky, the river. It was a little rainy and chilly to sit out there, but great to be able to just walk outside at any hour! We LOVED the breakfast. Quite tasty, and order off the menu, with the ability to just choose items as we wished, and great continental options also available. I highly recommend the pancakes! The location was great for us too, though we needed to almost daily take the bus into the city. Catching the bus was pretty easy though! It was nice to come back to the quiet village of Leixlip, though the hotel offered a great bar/pub experience! We didn't experience much noise at all in our room except with slightly noisy neighbors one night. The staff were friendly and helpful across the board! There's even an Aldi just up around the corner if you need to get a few things, along with a lovely little convenience store just outside the hotel and a few other restaurants and even another sort of night club across the street. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Hmm....MAYBE having the elevator go right to the lobby would have been nice, but there is a separate little lift, so quite accessible. Can't really think of anything else. :)
