I loved having a gym room, it exceed my expectations. I was in town for a conference and had to work from the from the room quite a bit and having the lounge / work area separated from the sleep/gym area was fantastic. The breakfast was great! And the seal on my car door was loose and ended up preventing my door from closing all the way. I came out to leave and my car was dead. The staff were so kind and helpful, I was on the road in 10 minutes!

We liked that the hotel was on the river. Parking was very easy to go in and out. It was walking distance to a good amount of restaurants etc. there was a little park across the street so our kids enjoyed they. We loved the pool and lounge area being on the second floor so you could swim or hang out and be on the balcony enjoying the view. Rooms were very generous size. We liked the attached restaurant so the option was there to get take out to the room or not have to leave the actual building to get food which was nice with hungry kids at dinner time. The general feel of the lobby and rooms is modern but in a comfortable way.

We were very impressed with the breakfast! Usually it’s predictable… The staff was amazing we actually enjoyed giving our name and room number because it felt like we belonged there gave us a sense of family! The omelettes made to order were amazing the entire breakfast was fabulous !!! The ambience of the hotel, the lobby, our room everything was exceptional!

Truly nothing it was completely perfect!!!

I appreciated front desk attendants welcoming and engaging attitude when we checked in. She was informative and friendly. Our room was clean. The balcony view was nice. We enjoyed breakfast. The set up was nice, food was enjoyable, and the made to order omelets were a nice addition. The facility overall was clean and maintained.

The $28/ day for parking in the hotel parking structure

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Every single person I spoke to and asked for help were corteous and friendly as well as helpful. When we checked in, Justin, was super helpful, friendly and more than met our requests. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the breakfast (especially the omelette!). All the staff we spoke (including kitchen and breakfast area) were really friendly. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel and commend Justin for all his help when we checked in and asking how we were doing a day or so later after we checked in :).

Wish there were cutlery in the room and bottles of water (but free water and cutlery and plates are provided if requested) so it's not a big deal :)

Accommodations were clean and in a great downtown location. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Cooked to order breakfast was delicious. The evening reception is always a treat. We are frequent users of Embassy Suites. This was one of the best!

Spiders on the balcony. However, maintenance happily attempted to clean them away. Stayed in room 556. I don't think the balcony had been checked for awhile. Such a beautiful location wished we could have used the balcony. It did not detract from our stay as there were other places within the hotel to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

At first, I felt like it was a little expensive, but we needed room for six people, that’s why we booked here. Definitely felt the value. They had a happy hour every night and offered 2 drinks per person in our room every night. It was near the pool/ jacuzzi deck, so we would get a couple of drinks and relax in the the jacuzzi. So nice! 😀 best all inclusive breakfast I’ve ever had. They had a made to order omlet station set up like a diner restaurant. It was awesome! I will definitely go back! Staff was amazing!

I liked everything

The room was exceptional, loved the rain shower. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever had.

There was a medical emergency in my room. I called 911, then called the front desk. While I was in the room the staff just walk in, I had the emergency latch so they could not enter. Then another staff member came with an incident report book, while the person having the medical emergency was laying on the bed. I found this with the staff bad timing, and inappropriate.

Easy check in, very large and spacious accommodations. Happy hour was full of guests, yet easy to get a drink. The breakfast is amazing, something for everyone. The best part of this hotel is the location, easy walking distance to many breweries and restaurants. This is my third stay here - love it!

Pool was closed as there was some trouble with the pipes. This also caused the water to be discoloured in the room for a short time. Hotel staff took the parking charges off the room for our inconvenience - this was satisfactory.

Decor, Perks of staying there, the staff checked in on you, Rihanna was AMAZING! She was friendly, patient & hospitable! She made our stay even better by means of excellent customer service! Rooms were amazing! The bar upstairs gave us 2 free drinks and they were EXCELLENT, not watered down! Most definitely will find an excuse to come back!
