The location is super central - the hotel is located literally only two streets away from the main town square. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. For some reason I could not get the room that I booked so I got a bigger one. The room was very spacious (but I got a 3 bed room instead of a 1 bed room), clean, the bathroom was very clean, too. If I ever visit Poznań again, I will stay here again.

Unexpectedly, there is no room cleaning during the stay but since I stayed only for a couple of nights, this was completely ok for me.

The apartment was well located close to everything, warm , everything you need was available in the apartment and really clean, the owner was really helpful and kept checking on what we need and how to enter to the flat, everything was great and it is a good price for location and service

The only two things I didn't like, was the mattresses on the bed need to be changed, they weren't comfortable at all, also the room at the first day smells musty due to humidity, but once we opened the windows for an hour it went back to be good

Excellent location, very clean place, kind host. We were staying in 3 countries and cities for the week and this property had the cleanest room & bathroom. Room was quite big, too. Communication was easy, instructions for getting in were very clear and well explained. We had a very good time in Poznan and would definitely recommend the city and the Nasz Club apartments. We even had free water, tea and coffees placed in the room, as well as a kettle and some fortune cookies. It was a nice and kind touch.

I know it's rather a matter of preference but the pillows were very very thin, thus not very comfortable. I haven't seen so thin pillows, but it might be something standard in Poland, and I am sure many people prefer to sleep on such. So not necessarily something negative.

Very nice location, close to restaurants, groceries and Old Town. There is Bolt service fron bus station to the hotel. Room is very spacious, comfortable bed, clean sheets and very clean private bathroom. They provide toiletries. The room also had a small coffee table, dresser, electric Kettle, tea, coffee, bottle water and sugar. A nice breeze blows in when windows are open. Very secured building. The room looks like the pictures.

It gets a little noisy at night, the Wifi signal in the room was poor, no refrigerator. There is no elevator, but the host will help you to carry your luggage up once you get to the 1st floor.

Was good: The location. The lady in charge was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. In the room area, it was silent which it was great. On the bed were the towels with a fortune cookie. A gesture that made me smile. In a moment, during the day the toilette was giving problems. They checked it and indeed they have to fix it. They offer to switch to a different room if I want but later it worked again and I stayed in the same room. But it was nice they cared. The room is like the picture in Booking. It has the basics. After all, it is a place to which I can return and recommend.

I wasn't informed about a code in the intercom in order to enter to the building. I arrived at night tired and I didn't know how to get inside. Luckily a man was leaving and he opened the door. Later, the lady explained me how to get in with their magnet key and I asked the code as well (just in case the key wouldn't work). Afterwards all good but I would suggest to provide this information prior to the arrival :) The bed was uncomfortable. I almost felt the inside of the mattress, the strings. Maybe another trash can can be added beside the little one in the bathroom.

Located just a one-minute walk from Stary Rynek (The Old Market Square), Nasz Klub provided a comfortable room with a great shower, a television and a cosy bed. It could not have been more central and was extremely convenient to all the attractions.

Could use better bedding - pillows and duvet poor quality. Also the hairdryer is quite outdated. The building doesn't have a lift which could be a problem for some ppl

Great location, few minutes away from the town square. Cosy and comfortable room, clean, with easy check-in and check-out. Staff is available on booking messages.

Stairs are a hassle. Curtains could be darker and block more sunlight...

I like the location, the price, the room, it was perfect for what i needed and Asia was very helpful when i needed queations answerd...and a great sense of humour!! I will stay again on my return to beautilful Poznan!

The single room towards the back of the property was very quiet and had a lovely large balcony. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, perfectly located near the main square. It was good value for money. I hope it will stay like this as I would like to stay there again.
