The hotel was located in a quiet residential neighborhood that was fairly convenient. The room was like a spacious studio apartment that included a kitchenette. The staff was accommodating and nice. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room. Breakfast included the most delicious freshly squeezed orange juice.

On the downside, the bathroom mat was torn and stained. Plus, the breakfast was okay overall. It would be helpful if there were a public bathroom on the first floor where the dining room and game room are located so that you don’t have to go back upstairs to your room to use the loo when dining or playing ping pong or pool. FYI, the parking lot is only accessible through an elevator, which is not the most convenient way to park.

It’s in a quiet and nice area (very important in Bogota is a very noisy city) Big spacious beds not too firm. The rooms are like studios with kitchenette, closet, desk and balcony. The one we stayed had a terrace. Supermarket around the block, close to bakeries,restaurants and pharmacy. The bathroom has its own window that provides ventilation. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the building has security and they keep the entrance locked which is great!

The rooms are spacious and nice so just minor things they can improve: The bed covers are too thick so the bed can get warm. The sink is kind of tiny. Had to shower with cold water bc The water heater in my room was not working.

Good, clean room of decent size. Good shower, bed and workplace. Great location in walking distance to two shopping centers, some bars and many restaurants in a good part of the city.

The room was a bit cold and there was no heating. The breakfast was a bit minimal and sometimes ran out of things. Be aware that Bogota is huge and very congested, so you should make sure to stay in the area where you intend to do things. Otherwise you will spend hours in traffic every day.

All staff we encountered (front desk, housekeeping and the cook) were very professional and friendly. The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants around, there is a rooftop terrace too. Nice breakfast. Daily housekeeping. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious.

The bathroom door (in fact, a lack of). Sliding glass see-through door which offer no privacy, rattle marking a lot of noise and are unpractical to use. Additionally, since they're located in front of the bed, they light up otherwise darkened room from very early morning hours. No dishwashing liquid in the kitchen.

This apartment has everything you could ask for - it's in a fantastic location surrounded by so many great restaurants and shops, you'll have plenty to do. Plus, it felt super safe, which is always a big plus for me. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - the perfect start to the day, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet. Thank you!!!

Staff at front desk, cleaning, breakfast and evening security guy were all friendly, cheerful and professional. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The property is unusually quiet from city and traffic noise, located on a peaceful corner of a neighborhood, but in less than 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores.

Well located and just a few minutes away from a lot of places to eat and visit. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe, which makes it ideal. The staff was very nice and helpful even with late arrivals such as ours. The breakfast was great with pretty good variety, offering fruit, different types of breads, cheese, arepas and even eggs ordered just how you like them.

the location was good, quiet area, central and close to a mall as well as many restaurants. the staff was quite helpful.

the walls are super thin so we could hear anyone walking in the corridors. one night the people staying next door were having a party and we could hear everything from the room. after we complained to the reception they stopped the music. another night the neighbors had a party until quite late and it was really loud. the hotel couldn’t do anything as this was private property .

The staff was really nice to me, they were always open to help me when I needed it. The room had a good size, the kitchen was already equipped to use it (I didn’t use it though). It’s a nice place to stay, good value for the money, there are many restaurants around and the CC Unicentro.

The breakfast was good but it wasn’t fantastic, it could improve.

I loved the hotel, it is located in a very nice area of the city, very safe and closeby there are many restaurants and places to walk. The staff was always nice, the rooms very clean, and the view was nice! I would love to stay again at the hotel.

I dont have any negative comments.
