I liked how kind and helpfull the receptionist was and the size of the room.The bed was comfortable. Location is next to bars and restaurants and close to the metro station that takes to the airport

As soon as I got inside the room,the smell of smoke invaded me.Someone smoked there for sure and the problem with having no natural ventilacion is that.You cannot let fresh air in. The light of the room wasn't enough for me. The breakfast,which is not in the hotel,but in a place close by,is not the best .In quality of the things provided,it's not bad,but there is no variety,no fruits,no cereals,no yoghurt,not cucumber or tomato,no ham or cheese...There are toasts,one boiled egg and some sweets made with feta cheese....

I love the location, it was very convenient, walking distance to all the site-seeing places we want to go. I love the staffs, they are really super helpful. I like the room, my husband, daughter and I stayed in a room with 1double bed and 1 sofa bed. Beds and pillows are comfortable, bath room is very clean and I like the white and black color theme. Overall it is above expectation and I will definately recommend to my friends!

I am not sure about the facilities- as we did not think of using anyway, we like to rest in bed or just walk out to shop, which is just a few minutes to the charming streets.

The Staff was amazing, Kudos to Nikos, Maria & Stafis. They were very nice, helpful with recommendations and very Pleasant. We stayed in 501. Very spacious for family of 4. They arranged 3 beds and it was more than plenty. There was a fridge and microwave. The aircon was working, it gets hot during the day in April but cooler at nights. The balcony was added bonus. The location was great! So many coffee shops and places to buy souvenirs. We enjoyed our stay and would book again when we come back to Athens!

The bathroom floor can be slippery. Even if u wear flip flops, the tile is slippery. Just be careful!

The location of this accommodation is perfect! In a lively area, very very close to Monastiraki square and subway and honestly walking distance from many attractions in Athens. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were amazing, we got such good tips for sightseeing and restaurants and how to get to places, it made our trip a lot more enjoyable! Breakfast is not in the hotel but really close by and it was very good!

It comes with the location and it might have been our room in particular, but soundproofing wasn't great and in the evening it got really noisy outside until quite late during the weekend. If you're a light sleeper it might be a problem since you can hear very well everything outside. However, don't let that stop you from enjoying this great place, just get some earplugs and your problem will be solved!

This place is a total gem!!! Great location - we walked to the Agora and Hadrian's Library in mere minutes. The room was so clean and modern - including the most comfortable beds of our stay. And just perfect for our family of 4. The cold free waters in the fridge were a welcome surprise as it was very warm in Athens the day we arrived. We were contacted right after booking and offered help with airport transfers and anything else we needed. We took them up on a very reasonable and on time transfer to the airport the morning we left. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Athens. Walking distance to Monastraki square, Syntagma square and the metro (Monastraki station is 2 minutes away). Location couldn't be more central and practical. Excellent value/price ratio. The room is basic, but very clean and comfortable. A/C worked very well, no problems with wi-fi. The hosts Alex, Maria and Stefanos are very friendly and always helpful. Whatever your questions or needs, they'll help you out, which is great. Next time I go to Athens I'll be sure to stay here again.

Opposite the hotel, there's a construction going on & they start work at 6:30 am. The early noise woke me up a few times, then Alex spoke to the constructors and they pushed it to later. The window blinds let in quite a bit of light (after dawn), for those needing darkness it may be an issue. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast at la pizzetta.

The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet place and still a short walk from the center. We had the family room and it was perfect for us. We were 2 adults and 3 kids. Regarding the breakfast, we had no expectations in advance. Because of celiac disease we usually eat in the room and that's why we chose a room with a kitchenette. Keep in mind that it is mostly carbohydrates :) The owner of the place, Alex, arranged for fruits and rice cake for our family members who cannot eat gluten. Another thing to know is that on the weekend we stayed, the hotel was fully booked so one evening there was a rush to use the hotel showers and the water was cold until late at night. So it's better to check the matter in advance with Alex. The hotel staff is lovely and always willing to help. We had a great stay.

Alex the host is great - friendly, helpful and made the experience a breeze. Location of hotel couldn’t be better, breakfast (at the cafe on the street just near) was delicious and & room was a great size for two adults two kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The church bells were a little loud at 7am but that’s nobody’s fault - just bring earplugs!

Excellent location and the people working there were attentive and helpful whether it was recommending a good restaurant, handing out water bottles or booking our taxi for the airport.

Rooms could be cleaned more often.

LOCATION!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!! Hotel is great, amenities are good. Walking distance from metro and to all historical attractions. The front desk guy, was amazing. He gave us a a quick tour and map with near by attractions and good food to try. Highly recommend and would go again.

Windows dont open if you want fresh air.
