We had a wonderful stay at the Maison Albar - Le Diamond hotel. We are a family of four and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff were very friendly, and we felt warmly welcomed from the beginning. Before our stay, we inquired about parking availability and received a response within minutes (there is a public parking garage very close to the hotel). Upon arrival, we were seated and offered welcome drinks, which was a lovely touch. We appreciated that our room was ready even though we arrived early. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family. The gym was quite small, but we appreciated having one available on the hotel premises. The location was excellent—there were many restaurants and cafés nearby, and public transportation connections to various attractions were convenient.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and plentiful, though the price was a bit high.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and very spacious (for Paris). The bed was very good. The location was excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised to come back to the room one day to find it decorated with balloons, petals and sweet treats to recognise my husband't birthday. It was completely unexpected and utterly lovely.

Only 2 things slightly marred our experience: 1. The head of the rain shower was so clogged with limescale that it sprayed in any direction but down, rendering it unusable. 2. The breakfast was not, we felt, good value for money. There were no a la carte options like eggs benedict or an omelette, which you would expect in a 5* hotel. And although the products were of good quality, the relatively limited choice on offer really did not justify a €36 per person price tag.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I HAVE BEEN TO - let alone in Paris / Europe. We were upgraded to an amazing room by the lovely staff, the breakfast is so great, the staff is extremely nice and friendly. The location is perfect - close to everything - a train station, a mall (sephora girls!), a supermarket etc. The room was big and spacious and was everything and more!

I'll first start off by saying my stay here was amazing!! Every time I entered and exited the property the staff were very friendly, when I checked in they allowed me to check in early, and they upgraded my room for my birthday to make me feel special! The staff did an amazing job at decorating my room, the room service food was very tasty as well! Anything I needed the staff tried their best to accommodate me! The rooms were cleaned daily, and stocked with products, the hotel is literally 10-15 mins from everywhere shops, food, museums everything is very close to this hotel so ubers are typically $10 to go everywhere. This was my first time in Paris and this hotel really made my stay so enjoyable, I will be back!

I have to be honest, there wasn't much that I didn't like. The only thing is maybe better breakfast options for guests. The breakfast bar didn't have options for guest who do not eat pork, turkey bacon or anything turkey could've made the breakfast bar better.

Great location, clean and well-maintained hotel. The best thing about it are the spacious rooms, which is quite unlike Paris. Very helpful staff. Small backyard for smokers, a bar area and refreshments in the lobby - all very convenient. Beds and linen are very comfortable. We were given small compliments (a biscuit, water and one air freshener) on a daily basis, which was very charming.

The breakfast options could be improved and the lady at the breakfast bar could be more polite :)

Staff, greeting, politeness, upgrade, breakfast - everything was truly lovely and we felt respected and welcomed upon arrival!!

Incredible staff! Unfortunately, our shower sprayed all over the bathroom. As it's a rainfall - and although wonderful in theory, for some reason that shot out in every direction in our room rather than straight down. The shower door is very small and therefore created a wet mess. If soaping my body and stepping slightly outside of the line of rainfall, it sprayed all over my face because some of the water spouts in the rainfall shower were broken? I'm not sure the reason for that.

The location is great. Just a block from the Saint Lazare metro station, a major hub station, it is very easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable.

The shower. Even though it looks nice - it is a stall shower without a closure. The water pools on the floor and you will need to use the towels to clean dry the standing water on the floor and dry off the toilet.

Comfortable bed, very quiet and clean I would return .Good restaurants nearby.

A few light bulbs were not working, a few maintenance issues. The room smelt as if someone had been smoking , we mentioned these issues and non affected our stay which was very relaxing.. I think the bar staff need better training as they had no idea what a Kir was ! I

Hotel reception staff are very warm and welcoming. It's a small hotel in the middle of many happening places very close to train and bus stations. The rooms were clean and larger than usual in Paris. Every room has different facilities. LED showers / Warming toilet seats and bidet cover are some of the cool touches. Live music by singing and piano is arranged in the evenings. we didn't use the pool and I'm not sure if they had it or not, but the gym was enough for a week of stay.

Breakfast is a small buffet and it won't surprise you, especially when you have kids. Chairs and tables are not very comfortable, especially if you're travelling with more than 4 People. You have to sit separately. They will make you omelette but nothing special about it!

The showers were excellent. The location was perfect; close to the bus and metro, easy walking access to locations such as the Opera and Museum and several eating places and grocery stores near-by. The staff were also very helpful; from offering me a charging extension for my computer to helping with directions around town.

The TV remote didn't work too well (e.g. the power button was a hustle to use smoothly) and the street downstairs could get a bit noisy at rush hour (closing the windows helped a lot).
