The property was clean and comfortable. It had a pool. breakfast was nice with a lot of protein options. Rooms were comfortable. I like the 12 o’clock check out.

It would’ve been nice if they had water in the lobby consistently..It’s a location that reaches 100° as early as May. Sometimes there was water in the lobby with ice and lemon, but it was rarely out there and that would’ve made a lot of difference in comfort level. If best to be able to pour some cool water after tromping around in that heat. And I don’t think it would cost much for the facility.

The staff were really accommodating and helpful. They were very easy-going and supportive of my requests. I definitely got the feeling that they liked working there. They just made it easy. The hotel was clean bright and new. The breakfast was above par for a business hotel (I especially liked the egg McMuffin style sandwiches, pre wrapped and easy to take to go.) the beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Well-appointed room came with fridge and microwave included.

There was heavy fragrance in the cleaning products used in this hotel. I would recommend to the management to find alternatives to the fragranced products. I am personally sensitive to fragrances but the phalates in these products harm everyone.

The breakfast choice very good and your building inside and out very pleasing.your room lay out very nice and spacious and I have to say this the best place thus far in the last three years I have been staying in Tempe. I will be back thx again!

The breakfast was adequate. The location was perfect for our needs. Liked the receptionist and the professional way we were greeted and our reservation expedited. Room comfortable and clean. Liked the breakfast hours being early.

Trying to eat a hot breakfast on very flimsy paper plates. Toilet was very low. It would have been nice to have a chair other than just an office chair.

Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day and I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and they came in Saturday morning and only gave me extra towels and extra trash bags. Our beds were never made and our trash cans I personally had to dump them out

Everyone was really helpful and the room was very comfortable

My room didn’t have any hygiene stuff like shampoo body wash or none of that sometimes the light of the bathroom would take forever to turn on and one night we where having problems opening our door room I went to the front door to ask for help and it took about an hour for someone to help me nobody was in the front door

We enjoyed our room in this hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a decent selection. I wanted some fresh fruit and hot coffee, which was perfect. I asked for a first-floor room but could not get it. However, the desk clerk did her best to honor my request with a room on the second floor. I appreciate her for trying, and we still had a wonderful stay. The swimming pool and spa were pleasant and clean. Once we left, I noticed the booking app, and the hotel double charged me. I called and spoke to the manager. Within 48 hours, the charge was refunded, and he apologized for the mistake. He was very professional, and I appreciate him for prioritizing my request. Overall, I highly recommend it and would gladly go back again!

The young lady at the desk I believe her name was AMARI but I’m not sure. This is I believe my third time staying there. And I’ve seen her every time and she is always so sweet.

Everything I liked for the most part. The oatmeal was kind of nasty. It’s either really runny or really, really dry and thick.

breakfast sandwiches were nice. room was comfy and modern, and the beds were comfortable as well. bathroom was set up nicely. front desk staff was friendly and helpful despite issues out of their control. would definitely return.

would be nice to have a fridge with a freezer to store ice packs for my cooler. perhaps some bananas that were a little less ripe would be nice.

The driver was awesome and the front desk staff was great.

The fact that the morning driver didn't drop me off at my gate tge way he was supposed to. Then being threatened to be thrown out if I didn't pay for the second night by Noon. I have never had to pay till the end of my stay through booking.com. I was not the only person this guy did this too. All other staff was great and I understand his position but he could have handled this completely differently.
