The hotel was very nice, the room was clean. Very comfortable bed and the amenities were very nice.i loved how the towels smelled clean. Sometimes in hotels that rare. It smelled clean in the bathroom as well.

The curtains on the window were stained and dirty. The room had a weird smell to it like the people before is has a cigar or something. I would suggest adding more coffee to the basket, more cream and sugar. There was a single dark stain on the bed sheet and black streak marks but could of been from mascara or something, easy to clean off.

For the price it has all the things that the more expensive hotels in this category have, so what I liked the most was how inexpensive it was and it had what we needed, a comfortable room and breakfast in a location that was convenient.

Pool/hot tub weren't really accessible due to the temperature of the water, exercise room was also quite cold, but we were there in subzero temperatures outside. Healthier options for breakfast would be appreciated, perhaps a few more pieces of fresh fruit and plain yogurt, plain oatmeal packages.

The property looked good except for both exits being closed off during some construction, which I feel is a fire hazard and they should have cleaned up after each day so these are available for use or do one at a time, but not both.

There is an indoor pool and there is free breakfast. It was a good location for us. The room was very spacious. It included a couch.

Our room had a window on half the wall, and the other half of the wall was covered with a drape, which was strange. There was no light by the couch, which is a hide a bed. The mattress seemed pretty hard.

Well there was no hair dryer in the room,we were told a good breakfast that consisted of juice,waffle maker,yogurt bagels fruit. There was no egg,no sausage,no bacon. The pool was not heated,it was cold t hey told my daughter that because of the Out door pool was making the indoor pool cold,no I think thay didn't want to turn the heater on. There was no elevator,the 2nd and 3rd floor was closed every one had to stay on the main floor. I will not choose to stay there again.

Clean, staff friendly, close to many restaurants and store. Price was right. We were also called a week before our stay to let us know the pool and hot tub would be down for repairs. Nice that they notified us. It didn't change our plans but nice to know in advance.

Bed was not comfortable,and squeaked every time one of us turned over in bed . Waffle maker dispenser hard to dispense to make waffles . Same choices for breakfast… biscuits and gravy gross 2 days in a row.

It’s was a lot nice than many discount hotels we’ve stayed at. Everything was in working order, saw staff cleaning lobby and other areas multiple times during stay. Was in close walking and driving distance to so many places! Staff was very friendly and helpful :)

It was wonderful that the beds were regular height- not so high that I needed a step stool to get in and out The staff was very helpful in assigning a room that required less walking for access.

There was only one chair- would be nice to have at least 2 The pillows were too thick
