The hotel was extremely clean and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The management team were very visible and made a point of speaking to us every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices to suit all tastes and cultures. Entrance to the Onsen was included in the price and it was a brilliant experience. The pool was clean and warm with plenty of sunbeds, parasols and towels.

I can’t find anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Exceptional Onsen resort. Exactly like a true Japanese onsen. Feeling fresh and relaxed after spending 3 days at the resort with my family. The staff especially Lin and Chau helped us so much during our stay, and the waiter kady who served us, I am sorry I didnt get her name, they were all amazing. They even arranged a very kate check out for us as our flight was very late. We took the all inclusive package, which was a bit expensive but being in the resort the whole time made it worth it. The food was good, but I would like to see the all inclusive menu having more options as we almost went through it all in 3 days. Overall a truly great experience

Location a bit far, but just stay in the resort and relax. The all inclusive menu can have more variety.

This is a beautiful resort with very nice people working here who helped me with all my questions. The spa is nice to relax and there was also a nice range of yoga and meditation classes we could join. The balcony of our room was big had with a beautiful view. We used the gym which had many options. We also used the airport bus to Hue city which was convenient. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the non-sweet options, good quality!

We were informed a few days before arrival that the pool would not be available. We were looking forward to the pool so that was a bummer. Because of this, the golf simulator was also not available. The hotel has a brochure with nearby activities which made it look like tours, but this did not seem to be the case after asking more about it.

Kobi Onsen Resort was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay. Special shoutout to Bep, the bartender, for the fun and delicious Vietnamese salt coffee class, and to Lynn, whose firm and professional customer service stood out. The receptionist was always helpful and made everything easy. I also loved the yoga sessions with Yulia – peaceful, energizing, and beautifully led. A perfect place to relax and recharge! We have booked the villa with private onsen, what an unexpected treat!

The hotel itself is great, amazing facilities, super nice beds, gym, and the breakfast very impressive!

We came in the weekend and it felt like we arrived at a busy trainstation filled with yelling and screaming kids, families instead of a luxury hotel. The noise was so loud we could hardly hear what the receptionist was saying. Going into the breakfast hall required earplugs which was a shame because the breakfast itself was super! Also the music (why is that even needed??) next to the pool was very loud, which made it hard to stay for longer than a few minutes.

- Very friendly and helpful staff, kind enough to check us in early without charge - Our room included Onsen Spa access and the staff gave us a few vouchers to spend. Highly recommend getting a room to include Onsen access - The Onsen is very nice, facilities are amazing - Room itself is very spacious and has amazing views of either the inner courtyard or overlooking ricefields in the countryside. - Hotel is clean and gorgeous with a beautiful Koi pond and courtyard with well kept bonsai trees - Some may not like that the hotel is about 20m outside the main Hue city, but shuttle cars are available and the peace and quiet do match the Onsen Resort experience and vibe

💥💥💥 Absolutely amazing place to stay!💯 - Breakfast are exceptional decisions with lot of choices. - Koi fish & rice view combined is very unique and super chill. - Dinner is beyond my expectations, would love to come back just because of this. - Onsen is superstar, I've been to lot of Onsen and this one is my favorite. Don't too picky about the smell, its hot spring from underground, you will get used to it after 5 mins. - Ganban is another beautiful touch with 4 different rooms, ensure you feel relaxed after this. - Employees are so nice & friendly, esp reception and restaurant team (Dieu Ai is amazing one). - Garden will make you feel you're in Japan. All of these with unbeatable prices. You shouldn't miss this and there is no doubt I'd love love love to come back.

The resort is thoughtfully designed. The rooms and balconies are big, and have pretty views over the rice fields. Beds are comfortable with soft pillows and wifi is good. Bathrooms are luxurious and the water stays within the walk-in shower. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and friendly service. The breakfast selection was huge, everything from sushi to cheese.

The swimming pool looked great but is closed for renovation. Check straight from the hotel whether it's open, the standard messages suggested it is but it wasn't. The onsen is no substitute for a pool, especially with kids.

We decided to have a layover at KOBI Onsen to rejuvenate and get away from the rain. The resort has been an absolute amazing experience. We say no matter the weather you should stop here. The staff, food, ambiance, views, design and wellness treatments have exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Ms Ai and Mr Quoc from the restaurant for their attentive and lovely service as well as the massage therapist Ms Chai and Ms Hanh and the spa manager sorry we forgot to grab her name. We could have easily stayed a few more days. Missing the Onsen, mud bath and gaban already…

The Japanese cultural dimension of the hotel pleased me very much. It came a bit like a pleasant surprise. After a couple of tiring days on a motorcycle, the Onsen pleased me very much and gave me back the peace and energy I needed.

The attention for my (big) motorcycle I was travelling with was minimal. I was put next to about 200 scooters a distance from the entrance. In most luxury hotels in Vietnam they pay more positive attention to the motorcycle travellers beloved two-wheelers.
