The room was nice and not too small. The design was quite fancy! Location was great. And the instructions I got for the check-in were excellent, as was the staff responsiveness per email. I reccommend Boarding House Mannheim!

There was a bit of noise outside in the night, but it's not the hotel's fault.

Room was a good size and layout, kitchenette was small but well equipped and useful. The bed was on the firm side but quite comfy.

I didn't like the pillows but that is always the same in Germany, big soft square pillows that give no support are apparently the local preference.

Good for people travelling for work as there was one kitchen table with bar stools and another table with two chairs, and also a desk lamp that you could move. The kitchenette included everything you need, including a nespresso machine. The location was also perfect.

The location is perfect it was just in the middle of everything and transportation all around the place also so many cafe’s and restaurants near by the place, 2 supermarkets were right next to the place

It was good rooms and value for money, they have attention to details so everything I needed was available

The place was super clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom spacious and with great lighting and ventilation. Cleaning came twice a week and left the place brand as new. If I return to Mannheim I’ll stay here for sure again.

This hotel had everything I needed for a ten day stay. My room ( Studio45) was huge with two windows in studio room and two in the bathroom. so plenty of air and light. the kitchen facilities were very useful, esp since there is a Penny Markt supermarket two doors down so I could prepare small meals instead of eating out every day. The location is excellent. 5-10 minutes walk to all parts of the shopping centre. There are many good restaurants in Mannheim, too, within easy walk. The laundry is easy to use! The bed is very comfortable and the shower good and hot. I would highly recommend it.

That I booked it because it had a parking but then they said it’s full, but just around the corner was a public parking

Superb location, everything you need, 12/10 to the reception and cleaning stafff.

Absoloutely nothing to complain about.

The bathroom was comfortable and the pantry kitchen has useful appliances.

The method entering the building was a little bit confusing for the first time because the exact door was not specified in the welcome description

Spacious and clean studio with all you need for a short stay. Excellent location.

The bedroom curtains were very light and woke us up very early in the morning. Had the curtains been in dark colour our stay would have been Excellent.
