Did not have breakfast. The room for the mist kart was pretty clean…you can tell updated…bed very comfortable. Front desk employee helpful and kind.

There was hair from previous guest in bathroom sink around the rim. It fell out when I had the sink in. Gross. Handicap room…the hand held shower head did not work. The plugs in the wall next to tv on the right are old…I trued to plug phone in to charge and both the upper and lower plugs are so worn the plug from my charger just fell out of both, had to go to desk. Could not open the shade at window…worn and wouldn’t go up.

Location and colors used in the rooms. Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

There's a chair in the room, which is nice. But there isn't a lamp or table by the chair. The bathroom door really needs to be painted. The bathroom is so tight that my body touched the toilet paper. The pillows were okay. There isn't an elevator. Price was very high for what we got.

I booked last minute, and did not have to pay an outrageous amount. I appreciated that the towels were not changed and the room was not tidied up--really, it is such a waste of resources (labor, water, electricity, etc)--each day. And for a two-night stay it was not necessary.

The side and back doors were unlocked. I would have preferred key card access, as a single female traveling alone.

Toilet seat very loose in room 109. Needs to be fixed. Coffee pot had not been cleaned/ sanitized. It had dry crusty ramen noodles in it, so cleaning crew did not check it. Bed sheets had stains, hoping they were washed, too tired to care at the time.

Location was great, just what I needed

Clean, quiet, friendly, convenient When we arrived, I was sicker than a dog!! Will definitely be staying there next year for the Vernon County Fair, that's why we were in town, for the harness racing
