The hotel is along the river front and very convenient to downtown LaCrosse. It has ample parking and we enjoyed a view of the city, with easy access to Riverside Park. It was a convenient and easy walk to the restaurants and bars on third street as well as the Hatchery event venue. The room was very clean.

For some reason the lobby seems dull, with large coat racks the primary visual presence. The room seemed to lack the right lighting, leaving it a bit dark, which can be romantic, or can be annoying.

Forgot if breakfast was included or not. Our experience at your restaurant the previous evening turned us off so much that we may never patronize your hotel or restaurant anywhere again.

Sunday evening, May 25th, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. We used to enjoy the Radisson hotel and its restaurant in downtown Minneapolis and anticipated a pleasurable experience. We were sadly mistaken. Despite there being few patrons (3 small tables) we stood at the unmanned hostess desk and waited. And waited, unacknowledged, and waited more. Finally the lone waitress approached and told us they were short staffed that day and there was a 45 minute wait. No acknowledgment, apology, sympathy for us, offer of a free coffee, drink, nothing. A simple sign explaining the lack of staff might have sufficed. Unfortunately, we are so traumatized by this incident we can’t patronize that hotel and, in fact, we can’t stay at any Radisson again. Sha ruined it for us

Enjoyed the spa area and gym, beds were comfortable and room was well appointed. Nice good value breakfast with views of the river and nice service. Ice machine on our floor which was convenient and well functioning. Location was excellent as we booked the freighthouse restaurant for dinner with local friends. An excellent restaurant a few blocks away. My wife enjoyed the riverside park right in front of the hotel.

Wold have enjoyed a river view but the cost diferential was 30% so ended up looking at a roof and parking lot.

I wish LaCrosse would have been more festive on Thanksgiving. The Riverfront lights would have been so nice... No microwave in the room was missed since the restaurant was closed. No other complaints aside from the front desk not really engaged. Usually, in past experience, you get a "thanks for staying, Happy Thanksgiving, hope to see you again, etc." Cleaning staff lady was helpful and friendly/ awesome! Thanks! It was nice to relax next to the River! Great view! Kind of wish I didn't pay an extra $10+ fee to go up a few floors. Thank you for the real glass to drink my veno!

No microwave in the room. Not able to change the room temperature.

The staff was very pleasant at all locations. From my check in at the front desk, to my breakfast server in the morning, to the staff encounters in the elevator when I would chat with them, plenty of parking, fabulous view of the Mississippi River which is what I wanted to see on this trip. There were an abundance of towels. The room had individual soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. which was nice.

More lighting options in the room. I'm sure it is perfect for most people as there were lamps at the desk, in the corner and by the beds. I like a bright room.

Location and view is superb. Rooms are comfortable, everything worked. Parking is convenient, check in staff was helpful.

The dining room for breakfast was messy. We counted thirteen tables and booths that had not been cleared. They had to clear a table to seat us but did not clear any other tables. Staff was not that busy but obviously nobody wanted to clear tables. I think they need a new restaurant manager.

The views of the river were gorgeous. It was a very nice room. Loved the La Crosse pictures throughout the hotel. Very La Crosse proud! Did not like the rubber mattress cover. Too hot to sleep on. Chairs were uncomfortable. But everything else was great. We were very impressed with the friendliness and personalized attention of Sam, the desk clerk. He made our anniversary very special.

Location is great for the LaCrosse Center, specifically in the Minnesota cold months. Nice restaurant & bar in the hotel, as well as the surrounding area. Rooms are very clean.

The cost has gone up for 2 nights' weekend. But so has everything else. We will look into cheaper accommodations or just look at driving back home at night (45-minute drive). Might be the better option now.

The staff were very friendly. We had an issue with our room being too hot, they were quick to fix the issue best they could. Glad they were on top of things. Will definitely stay here again.

The room temp was too warm (76), eventually got it down to (70) but had to keep the thermostat set at (63).

Second time staying, very comfortable & sights from hotel are great, friendly staff except for gentleman checking us in at front desk

Gentleman who FINALLY checked us in after a 6 minute personal conversation on phone acted as if we were interrupting him, short snappy responses from him.
